About Me
Hi, my name is Kirsty and I live in Peene, nr. Cheriton. I’m rated OUTSTANDING from Ofsted.
I have been a registered childminder for 16 years, but have always been in childcare either as a nanny or in a nursery school.
I meet up with another childminder everyday, we go on outings to parks, zoos, the library and various other places. I also like to do craft with the children.
I follow a curriculum which I plan around the children that I have in my care.
I have 2 cats, a dog, chickens and sometimes chicks.
I have an enclosed garden and off road parking.
I like to grow vegetables which the children help with.
My Experience
I trained in childcare after leaving school and have been a childrens nanny and have worked in a nursery school.

Diploma in childcare
Certificate in Padeatric First Aid
Safeguarding Children certificate
Food hygiene certificate
My Availability

Additional Information relating to Free Early Education - FEE
I accept all Early Years funding from Kent County Council, which is term time only for 38 weeks a year. All hours over and above the 15/30 hours and outside of the 38 weeks are payable by the parent/guardian.
I deliver the free entitlements between the hours of 8am - 5pm, Monday - Thursday.
I provide a personal care/consumables package. It is your choice whether you pay for this. (please see personal care/consumables package policy)or bring/provide all items listed on a daily basis.
This will be discussed with each parent/guardian individually.
It is the parent’s responsibility to renew their funding code every three months. If they fail to do so and funding is not paid, they are responsible for paying their child’s invoice.
