Excellent Environment

TottallyKidz is the best Kidz environment I have ever been to. In and out of the kizs environment is clean and conducive for leanings. The staffs are polite and takes kidz wellbeing very serious. I recommend tottally kidz to anyone looking for a minder. The trial will definitely convince you.

Flexible caring childminder

My daughter has been with Latifah since she was 2. Latifah is a friendly, welcoming and warm person who has always put me at ease, is quick to answer the phone and offers a pick up and drop off service which can be invaluable! My little girl, now 3, has developed lots in the past year and is learning phonics and to read and write numbers and letters. I've been so impressed with Latifah's ability to see potential and offer learning and development as well as play.

Excellent service

As a parent this was my first time using childminder and since i met Latifah and seen where the children i feel comfortable and happy my children are taken care, my daighter enjoys playing with her peers and they do curriculum with the children. This as given my children confidence and secure

Fantastic

Latifah has been fantastic with my first child. She made sure to make both I and my child feel comfortable with the whole childcare setting. I was very anxious to leave my child with someone who was not a family member but Latifah made sure to ease me in. My little one found it a bit hard to adjust so Latifah even suggested she come in everyday for a few hours to help her better adjust to another carer which i very much appreciated.

VERY LOVELY PLACE FOR KIDS

Totally kidzs is a place to be. I am highly satisfied with the care and love they provide to all the kids. I am at peace with their services. My LO is always happy to be there.

The social, communication and educational experience is highly recommendable. My LO has really improved from when he first started. You get updates every day about your child's development which is very satisfactory. I really recommend this service. The proprietress of totally kidz and the staffs are really doing a great job as the kids are always happy.

The best childcare provider

Latifah is the best child care provider I have come across, my children love her, my little one always gets so excited every time there is a knock on the door in the morning because he knows Latifah is here to get him. I'm very happy with her services and wouldn't want to change her for another minder.

Latifa has been a breath of fresh air!

I haven't had the best history with Childminders, while I can agree that most of them have received the necessary qualifications and training, I do feel where most of them lack is the customer service and parental empathy.

Latifa has created a relationship between us where I not only feel as if my child is adequately cared for but I also feel supported as a parent. Because Totally Kidz is run as a business, I feel Latifa is able to understand and communicate effectively from the viewpoint of a working parent. My child is in a happy environment where there is fun, food in abundance and great stories to hear about when I pick him up at the end of the day.

I would recommend this service a million times over!
