I live in hanwell with my 16 year old daughter
I have been registered with ofsted for over 20 years
I work from the local schools and am able to do pick up and drop offs
I have a enhanced dbs, I’m paediatric first aid trained and have regular safeguarding updated training
I walk everywhere and enjoy spending time outdoors at local parks and playgroups
Visiting regularly the children’s centres and anything local that enhances the interest of the children and helps them develop and learn independence and skills
My Experience
I have over 20 years of experience with children and have worked in the area for the past 30 years
I really enjoy my job and like to think that I work well with with parents, communication is very important to me and I like to think that I am friendly and provide a personal service, so I can meet the need of the child and parents as they can develop to the best of their ability this benefits them in the future making them secure and confident with adults and other children . I provide a stable calm homely environment and pride myself on giving the children this advantage in their early years as I feel this is beneficial for them in the early years of education.
My Qualifications
I have a Pre school learning allience qualification, and am first aid peadiatric trained i have done lots of courses in behaviour management and children play related activities i have also follow the eyfs.i keep up to date with regular courses in safeguarding and all courses relevant to my job

Monique has looked after both my sons, she had my first son from the age of 10 months and I put all my trust in her. My son was always looked after and loved going to her house. He was always safe and I he did so much with her and developed so many everyday skills. She then looked after my 1 year old and they always had a smile on their faces when I picked them up from hers. They still now ask to see her. Monique is a lovely woman and is so caring, she is always understanding and I would highly recommend her to childmind anyones children.

Monique looked after both of my girls for about 3 years before and after school.
They were always doing arts and craft activities and had great fun in the garden in the summer.
Monique would take the girls to park afterschool and would send us photos of them playing and having fun.
In the few times i got stuck at work with an emergency Monique was always flexible and understanding if i was a bit late picking them up after 6. She has her own family and commitments at the end of her working day like all of us but happily dropped our girls off to gymnastics for us to collect from there.

My experience wasn’t at all good. She was always in a rush for me to pick up my son and she kept complaining how tired she was. It was like she wasn’t doing the job because she enjoyed it. She also threatened to take me to court and threatened me about the money. And threatened that she would cancel the contract if I did not pick my son up there and then.

Good morning Anna
I am very sorry about how you feel your family were treated. I really loved and cared for your son and was sad to see him go
To be completely honest I am very surprised to see this review since your last message to me before Dec 2020 was asking me if you paid overdue fees from Oct, no, and Dec I would take your son back.
To be clear I cannot work without being paid as hopefully you understand a full time space costs me alot .
I feel I did my best to be flexible with you often working late in the evenings without any discussion from you.
I helped you find childcare for you daughter when the aftrrschool club gave you immediate notice for lateness as I tried to only help you with going back to work.
I tried to support you but unfortunately I was often unable to make my daughters club or my evening classes due to your lateness.
I didnt purse the non payment of fees as I didn't feel you'd be able to pay them and keep up with current childcare prices.
I hope everything has worked out for you and wish you and your family all the best
