About Me
Hi my name is Erika, I am an Ofsted registered childminder following EYFS statutory framework, with over 20 years experience of looking after children. I live in South Oxhey with my husband and two children.
I provide high quality childcare within a happy, warm, safe and stimulating home environment offering inclusive, well planned, resourced, challenging and engaging play opportunities for all children to develop positive relationships and to reach their full potential. We also do lots of outings to local parks, nature walks, library visits, playgroups, soft play, music lessons, etc.
My home is smoke free and pet free, with large separate playroom and secure garden.

Erika is so great with children, my daughter Hayley loves her and she used to come home so happy every day. Erika engages them in all kind of activities, she takes them for walks and she has a lovely space dedicated for them to play. Everything is so clean, I couldn’t have been any happier than that. You can see that she loves children and she spends time with them. Every day I got photos of her playing or doing activities. Unfortunately I had to move out of the area and I’ve been really sad that I couldn’t take my daughter to her anymore. We both miss her.

Erika had my little girl for 2 years and I wish I carried on for another year but our circumstances changed.
Erika is caring, loving and takes her job very seriously, so you know from the start that your child is in good hands. I really cannot find one fault with her. She engages children in plays, arts and lots and lots of fun. Her home is spacious and welcoming and most importantly mega clean (not sure how she does it), she is a great cook and her communication with parents is outstanding. Maya used to come back home so happy. To this day she mentions Erika and the rest of the children. She really misses her. So, the moral of the story is, if you are lucky enough to have Erika looking after your child, do not let her go. :)
