My name is Mandy and I am a Level 4 Registered childminder in Kings Norton, Birmingham. I live in Kings Norton with Husband and children aged 23 and 21 in a semi detached 4 bedroomed house with large kitchen/dining area, living room and seperate play room and a large garden. Mandy picked dropped off and picked up my daughter Amelia from when she started Reception and from the start Mandy has been a brilliant childminder. Mandy’s home is warm and welcoming and there is a nice garden for the children to play in too. Mandy offered flexibility around drop off times when I needed to start work a bit earlier than usual as well which was really helpful, as well as being available to look after Amelia on school training days or in the holidays. Amelia was always really happy to go to Mandy’s and enjoyed walking to school with her. Had it not been for Amelia being offered a place a a different school I would have liked to have had Mandy as Amelia’s childminder for the whole of Amelia’s time at Primary School! Thank you Mandy for looking after Amelia so nicely Xx

I am really pleased with Mandy services!!!! My son was really happy ???? there and asks always to go back!!! Mandy was highly recommended and didn't disappoint!!!At first she seems a bit serious but she is very friendly and helpful. If you would like to be in a clean home with a lovely garden ???? this is your opportunity.Also if you like to plan ,Mandy is very organised and will keep you updated on any changes or holidays.Domi and Ethan

I would recommend Mandy to any parent seeking a childminder. Mandy has looked after my daughter Sky from the age of 13 months to 26 months and the only reason Sky no longer attends Mandy's is because I am on maternity leave after having a second daughter.
Sky attended 8 hours a day 3 days a week and it was a great relief to be able to leave Sky in the caring and capable hands of Mandy. Sky had a horrible experience at a nursery before I found Mandy so I was feeling quite desperate and upset about returning to work. However, it was clear very quickly that Sky was happy, safe and well cared with Mandy for so my return to work was smooth.
Mandy was very flexible in allowing me to drop off Sky early on occasions as my work required. I even swapped my days around sometimes and Mandy was very flexible in supporting this.
Many is really professional in following the EYFS - and it's clear that she follows it not just from the need to maintain her outstanding grade in the OFSTED inspection but also because she actually cares about the children and how they are achieving milestones.
Mandy has a lovely family environment and Sky took a particular shine to Mandy's daughter Keira who was very kind to Sky and I would often turn up to Mandy's to find Keira reading Sky a book or suchlike.
Mandy has been excellent and both Sky and I will miss her very much. I can recommend her as a childminder wholeheartedly.
