My Requirements

We are seeking a nanny/housekeeper to care for our two children age 6 and 9, and support our household. Most weeks would consist of 3 regular days before and after school from approximately 7am-7pm, with paid time in the day for housekeeping. School holidays would be full days of childcare. Occasional extra days may be needed, with advanced notice. Core hours would be 36 per week.

During this time, our nanny would have sole childcare responsibilities, including school drop-off and pick-up and helping with school work, cooking, and some other housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, bed changing, washing and shopping.

The location (PL8) would necessitate a driver with a clean license and their own car. Our children love outdoor activities and we would encourage these, along with interaction with other children, playing in our garden, crafts and cooking.

First aid training and relevant childcare qualifications are mandatory.

We would hope to welcome somebody into our family so they can remain a positive influence in the childrens lives for some time.

We are happy to consider people who have their own children to look after or bring to work. We would also consider people who may want to do another job or hobby during the day rather than housekeeping.

Fees would be negotiable depending on the candidate, situation and experience, but would be paid gross. Other terms and conditions would be negotiable. START DATE ideally November 2022.
