My Experience
My name is Nikki I’m 47 years of age,I have been a qualified nursery nurse for 25 years having my NVQ level 2&3 in childcare and education. I have worked in nurseries,before and after school clubs, holiday clubs and having worked with children as young as 3 months to 11 years. I also am a mum to my own 3 girls age 25 21 & 14 years.
My oldest daughter Georgia is 25 she works full -time as my assistant and is also registered with ofsted, and holds a paediatric first Aid certificate July 2024

Our son has been going to Tiny Tedz since September 2024 and we couldn't be happier with the care he gets there every day. He is so excited going in every morning and has developed so much in the time he's been there. Nikki has created a fun, loving environment for the children and keeps us updated on how he is doing daily. It gives us real piece of mine to know he's so well looked after and so well cared for.

My son has been with Nikki & Georgia since Feb 2024 and it is one of the best decisions we have made. We wanted a personal feel to his development and an environment that felt homely and 100% believe this is what we have at Tiny Tedz. Always kept up to date with photos and about his food/sleep. He loves it and always comes home telling us the names of everyone he has played with that day. Totally recommend! ❤️

My daughter started in summer 2024, she’s come on leaps and bounds since attending. She’s learnt and developed so much, from new
words to putting on her own clothes and clothes, it’s so nice seeing her grow.
She’s so happy going in in the morning and I love looking at the daily updates. I feel comfortable leaving her knowing she’s going to have a fun packed day. Can’t rate Tiny Tedz highly enough.

I was let down last minute by another Childminder and came across Tiny Tedz.
I cannot rate Nikki and Georgia highly enough. My daughter has been going to Tiny Tedz Since September 2024 and she is absolutely thriving. My Daughter has come along way since being with Nikki and can see my daughters confidence shining through being around other children.
I wanted somewhere that was like a home with a more personal touch and Tiny Tedz 100% offers this.
Seeing my daughter with the biggest smile on her face, when she sees Nikki reassures me Tiny Tedz was the perfect choice & I highly recommend.

My daughter has been with Nikki over a year now and loves it. Nikki is a brilliant childminder. Always doing lovely interactive activities. My daughter is able to thrive on a safe and supportive setting. Nikki comes highly recommended.

Couldn’t recommend Nikki childmind service enough. The setting is lovely, friend and welcoming. My daughter skipped into the house daily with a smile on her face. My daughter came back counting, matching colours. Nikki always told us how the day went and informed us of all information needed. I would recommend Nikki’s Tiny Tedz to anyone. Great setting for your child.

My daughter came to Nikki at Tiny Tedz for just over a year as a 1year old and loved it from day 1. We had a couple of visits to see how she would settle in and straight away she felt comfortable and happy to play! It was a great setting and always clean, tidy and organised. We only left due to relocating to another part of the country.
Each day I'd get feedback on how well she was doing which I could see when she was at home as well. The kids got to spend lots of time outdoors which was important for me, as well as doing lots of arts and craft activities and learning along the way in a fun environment. I regularly got updates with photos, info on how she was getting on eating and progressing in general.
Nikki was our childminder through COVID and was exceptionally good when it came to health and safety which was clear even before the pandemic.
I couldn't recommend Nikki more based on how happy my daughter was each day and how flexible Nikki was to support us with our shift pattern and the care she shows the children.
Would highly recommend!!!

I had both my children cared for by Nikki and I have to say that looking after children was more than just a job to her, she really does care for each individual child but actually enjoys caring for them. My children absolutely loved being cared for by Nikki. Not only was Nikki caring and involved with my children but her children and partner were very caring and not mention very responsible too. Such a loving, caring and fun family. My children felt so at home at Nikki’s house and this was paramount for me as one of my children is disabled. I never had to worry leaving my children in her care and I cannot recommend her enough...5 star + care received by Nikki.

My daughter has been with Nikki since last October, I seriously wouldn’t consider anyone else now!! She makes it feel like a home for the children and constantly has activities planned to keep them entertained and learning! We also have a diary so I know exactly what she’s been doing whilst I’m at work! I send the children with a lunch however she tops them up with snacks constantly throughout the day too.
Nikki is so good my son asks to go even during school term!

My son has been going to this childminder for several months now and it is the happiest he's ever been. It's like his second home. He receives top notch care from a lovely lady, does plenty of activities and has lots of fun. He's always eager to go back and never wants to leave. Thank you so much for making our little boy so happy.
