About Me
Hello my name is Rachel. I am also known as RaysBabysitting. I am a mother to 4 children ages ranging between 20 months and 8! I am very child oriented and although having no younger siblings of my own I have very much grown up around and looking after family members children. I have always known I wanted a big family of my own.
Alongside being a busy mum of 4, I work part-time in a holiday park. I take care of cleaning caravans and lodges and touring facilities.
My biggest and deepest dream would to have and run my own home for children in the fostering system. Home from home style. Lots of love, lots of laughs! Being surrounded by children is the best thing in the world to me and it always shows.
I would really love to work with children once again in a nursery or childminder setting. Somewhere I would be allowed to progress with childcare qualifications. Meanwhile I find this opportunity. I am allowing myself to be once again available for occasional babysitting or even a mothers help.
My Experience
Along with a lifetime of being around children. I am a mother of 4 (since 2015).
I have took part in days experience at James Rennie school. 4 years of works experience within 3 nursery settings. Ages 6 months- 4 years. Also worked with a holiday club with children ages 3 - 8 years as a volunteer.
I done babysitting as a teenager for family members and family friends.
I can cook and do basic cleaning (anything that needs doing on request)
My Qualifications
I have completed a Level 1 on caring for children
Safeguarding children -CPD certificate.
Ofsted registered as a home childcarer (babysitter)
My Availability
My availability is by parents needs.
Childminding or nursery I would be flexible depending on childcare options for my own children.
