Hello I'm Charlotte and I am an Ofsted registered Childminder. My most recent Ofsted Grading February 2023 is Outstanding. I have 3 children of my own.
I offer a caring , homely and stimulating environment. I am flexible friendly and trustworthy. I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage.
My Experience
I have worked with children for over 17years working for Mencap and then as a childminding assistant and of course having my own children.
My Qualifications
I have all Relevant Qualifications and security checks (DBS) to become a Ofsted Registered Childminder, I hold a dipolma Level 2 in Early years, completed a neuroscience in the early years course, paediatric First Aid Certificate, Food Hygiene and Safeguarding Children and many more.
My Availability
I offer childcare between 7am-6pm Monday-Thursday. However I will try to accommodate where I can.

Can’t thank Charlotte enough for looking after my son, he has learnt so much and I’m forever grateful for all that she does! I am so grateful that she has ERF car seats, knowing my son is safe in an axkid on his days out with Charlotte brings me so much peace!

I don't know even from where to start.
Our daughter just loves her and we love her through her! ( i hope this makes sense 😂)
She is the best we wanted for Beatrice to experience and learn!
Very careful with all the needs, she always let us know how she is and how she develops and help her get through everything from 2 years old !
We love Charlie's activities and all the little trips she does all the time with them!

Ozzie has been going to Charlie for a number of years now and has loved every day with her. He always asked when he was seeing Charlie again after picking him up from her. She created an environment for Ozzie where he was free to express himself as if he was her own child. She has always been incredibly flexible with drop offs and collections which is massive for two parents who are in full time work. Charlie’s generous, kind and caring nature has shaped Ozzie into the wonderful toddler he is today and we couldn’t have done it without her. Throughout covid Ozzie was one of a few who still went there and their one to one time together accelerated Ozzies development. We love sending Ozzie to Charlie’s and we feel he is 100% safe and looked after in her care and we will all be sorry to lose her childminding skills once Ozzie goes to primary school. Charlie really is a 5 star childminder and a 5 star person! Thank you Charlie !

Charli has looked after our little girl since she was 6 months old (now 3.5) and honestly her setting is now like an extension of our own family. Charli herself is so nurturing and her family/home environment is really wholesome. She goes out of her way to take the children on interesting and varied trips out as well as supporting their development within the setting. I would absolutely recommend Charli to anyone needing childcare.

We have been going to Charli for almost 2 years now, she was highly recommended to us after our old childminder retired. It was the best move we ever made. My son, 8, & daughter, 3, love going to Charli’s. She provides a welcoming, homely, friendly atmosphere, & nothing is too much for her to do. There is a wide range of activities during term time & the holidays, which both my children enjoy, & they love spending time with their friends there too. I really enjoy seeing my children thrive with Charli & can’t thank her enough for being there & helping them grow. I would highly recommend Charli!

Charlie is extremely reliable and supportive childminder. My daughter always asks: Is it time to go to Charlie now? I travel long distance occasionally and Charle is working closely with my family to support our daughter’s needs. When I was initially looking for a childminder I had Charlie recommended and she proved to be the best!

My 5 year old daughter who is a nervous little girl always feels like she is in a home from home with Charlie. She always comes back home with a huge smile on her face. She loves all the activity’s they do and she absolutely adores Charlie.
I would highly recommend Charlie.

We have used Charli to take our Daughter to school for over 2 years now and we have never regretted it. She is absolutely lovely and is so very committed and dependable. She always greets our Daughter with a smile and we couldn't ask for more. We highly recommend Charli.
