Hello,
I am a fully Qualified Professional Childcare provider. Ofsted Registered,offering a caring,safe home to home environment with a One To One Attention to a child's need. I offer the Government tax Free childcare Early Education Entitlement ( FEEE) for 2,3 & 4 years old,15/ 30 hours per week.
I live in Little Hill Estate Wigston with our Son & my Husband who works in the City.
I hold approved Early Years Childcare Qualifications, current Paediatric First Aid Certificate & Public Liability Insurance
I am CRB/ DBS Police check, a member of the Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years. (PACEY).
I am Ofsted Registered as the sole KEY PERSON caring for children throughout the day making sure your child Grow, Learn, Develope, Enjoy their time in my Home Based Setting.
I am easy going, friendly,reliable,offering flexible childcare.
I provide a safe warm environment,home to home,one to one friendly childcare approach.
I have childcare experiences from 0 - 5 years old including babies,toddler and school age children.
I implement the Principals of Early Years Foundation Stage framework,(EYFS) which is a guide to support the Learning and Development needs for children 0 -5 years old. I am registered to care for children from 0-12yrs old.
I have an enclosed safe garden with plenty of fun safety play equipment and play materials suitable for children of all stages and ages of Development. I have a dedicated clean,safe playroom,a large outdoor garden space with a climbing frame, kids playhouses, a large summer house and lots of outdoor toys to keep the children actively engage outdoors & indoors with Play & learning opportunities.
I hold a clean driving license,a Public Liability Insurance.
My setting is inclusive and welcoming to all children,carers and families from all background, regardless of their ethnicity, disability and culture. My setting is clean, well organised for kids play, easy reach toys & activities. I have a spacous, safe & enclossed play garden area with a large summer play house.
All the children will be encouraged to take part in our daily planned activities which is supervise by myself at all times, such as my local playgroups, Wriggly readers at my local library outdoor garden & indoor play,parks & rides,woodland walks, play & learning activities,planned trips,children crafts, songs, rhymes and story telling including meals preparation with older children. All our variety of daily activities enhances children Learning & Development and gets them ready for school.
I provide freshly cooked wholesome meals,snacks and drinks, including special dietary foods and halal which is included in my hourly rate price depending on childcare hours per day.
My Childcare training is on-going.
I enjoy my job.
I am a non-smoker and do not practice corporal punishment.
My Experience
I have recognised Childcare Qualifications and 10+ years of Early Years and Childcare working experiences ranging from Birth to Five, including framework knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage ( EYFS) to support children in their earliest years.
I have experience caring for Babies, toddlers and school age children.
I attend regular childcare training, courses, conferences and meetings which are ongoing to building on & update my childcare knowledge & working in partnerships with parents.
My Qualifications
Level 4 Diploma in Child Day Care.
Level 3 Cache Diploma in Home-based Childcare
Level 3 Diploma in Child Psychology.
Level 2 Award in Food Safety in catering.
Level 2 Award in Health & Safety in the workplace.
Up to date Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
Evidence of public Liability Insurance,(PACEY)
My Availability
I am open Monday to Friday from 8.00am till 5.30pm.
I provide occasional overnight stay at £40 per child between 8.00pm to 10.00am,parents will have to contact me two weeks in advance for my availability.
I offer One-off emergency Childcare, costs starting from £10 p/h.
I offer after school pick up from Little Hill Primary school only. I am unable to do any morning school runs.
I provide flexible childcare for Half-term, Inset days, school Holidays & Short-Term contract. My current childcare spaces are available in the ticked boxes bellow.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
Affordable, flexible hourly rates.
My hourly rate is inclusive of home cook wholesome meals, snacks and drinks depending on contracted hours per day.
I do accept most childcare vouchers, all free childcare entitlements for 2, 3 and 4 year old, including other forms of Childcare payments.

I can truly not recommend Viv enough! My daughter has only been with Viv for 4 months but there is such a difference in her already. She gets to socialise and make new friends and they are always going out to parks, groups or crafting at home etc. It really is a home from home and although my daughter cries when I drop her off as she misses me Viv and her new friends comfort and support her and Viv usually sends me a picture of her happily playing 5 minutes later. The other thing I'm also so impressed with is the home cooked food she feeds them. I feel my daughter is a lot more intrigued to eat different vegetables being able to watch the other children do it. I could go on for ages about how amazing she is lol. I feel very blessed that she is such a huge part of my daughter growing up in these important years. 10/10

Viv has cared for my two girls since I went back to maternity leave in 2019. My girls adore her and are thriving. Viv has supported me during potty training and I look forward for my son to attend when I return back to work this year :)

My son has been with Viv for over 3 years & has enjoyed every minute. He learns so much through play & is so excited to come home & tell me all about his fabulous day with Viv & his best friends. All the of children in the setting have a great time together.
