With over 14 years of experience as a registered Childminder in the childcare industry, my name is Minu. I am an early years practitioner currently focused on providing care from home. Previously, I worked as a senior practitioner at Queen Mary Nursery, giving me valuable experience in both home-based and nursery settings. I am dedicated to early childhood education and am excited to share that I am now taking care of two children and have space for a third. I offer a minimum of 3 to 5 days of care each week.
My journey in childcare began over a decade ago, and I have had the privilege of working with children of various ages and backgrounds, shaping their early years with love, care, and learning. My last inspection in 2019 rated my setting as "Good." As a mother of three beautiful children aged 12, 9, and 4 years, I understand the true essence of nurturing and supporting young minds in a safe and stimulating environment.

My Experience
I am a proud mum of three children, my eldest son is 12 and my daughter is 9years of age & my youngest son is 4 years old, all my three children are loving, they are extremely friendly and enjoys playing with other children. I have over14 years of experience working with children at all age group from 0-10 Working as a nominated foster carer for Tower Hamlets Council, I have gained many skills and experiences which are both transferable into childminding. I am fully aware of the EYFS & I will implement this with an age appropriate child.
I have a level 2 food hygiene certificate, I can cook healthy organic meals for all age groups,

Minu has been the most wonderful home from home childcare for our two children over the last 5 years. Our daughter started at 12 months old in 2019, and then two years later our son at 10 months. We have always felt so secure and happy leaving my children with Minu, knowing it was a fun, friendly and loving environment, where our children were cared for with love, learned a lot, and had the chance to grow in independence.
Minu has always been flexible and accommodating, and able to quickly help when occasions arose in our family. Or when developmental moments like potty training were needed - which Minu helped speed our son through to a level of independence and confidence I couldn't have imagined happening so quickly!
Minu's own children are wonderful, and my children have benefitted from their interaction with the whole family. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Minu to anyone.

It’s has been an absolute pleasure Jaz, you will all be missed very much, I wish you all the very best for the future. We have created some wonderful memories & I will always cherish these moments.
Minu has been looking after my 2 year old since he was an 8 month baby. He adapted incredibly quickly to the environment, much quicker than both of us anticipated.
Minu is an incredibly loving and caring person and you can see it through her own kids. My child is happy when we drop him off, he is even happier when we pick him up. Sometimes it is clear he doesn't want to leave. What else can you ask for as a parent?
As a working mum, I also appreciate the flexibility that Minu offers. Most of the time she can accommodate an extra day, or swap days, should my work require. This proved to be invaluable.
I will not hesitate to recommend Minu to anybody.

Minu has been looking after my 18-month-old daughter for over 8 months now. I knew as soon as I met her that I would feel comfortable leaving my baby in her care. It is a daunting experience leaving your child with someone new for the first time. However, Minu went out of her way to reassure me in those early days, and put my mind at rest by sending me updates over the course of the day to let me know how my baby was doing and settling in. This gave me great peace of mind. By the 2nd or 3rd week my daughter was going straight to Minu, and not even turning around to look for me as I left! I must admit, I felt a little sad when this initially happened ;) but overall I was relieved and happy, as I knew this meant that my daughter felt safe, secure and loved (which is what any parent could only hope for in this circumstance).
Minu keeps the children stimulated with various activities during the day, and takes them out on regular trips to local playgroups, parks and city farms (dependent on the weather). We are very fond of Minu (and her family) and could not have asked for a more caring and conscientious childminder, but above all else my daughter adores her. It is without hesitation that I’d recommend Minu to anyone who is looking for a fantastic childminder.

Choosing a childminder for your child is one of the most nerve wrecking experience for any parent. When I first met Minu I realised she was very friendly and warm and she immediately engaged with my 3 year old who seem to get along with her on first meeting.
Minu has looked after my son for the past 7 months and during that time she has proved she's an exceptional childminder her setting is safe, clean, friendly, Equal opportunity, inclusion and a stimulating environment. From the very beginning she has followed and implemented my son’s daily routine and has always been reliable and flexible. She is the PERFECT childminder that anyone could ask for, she is nice, caring, gentle, and Minu treats everyone with respect. She is very passionate about her role and provides a very educational and stimulating environment for my son.
Minu goes the extra mile she treats her clients as she would treat her family and friends
My son has been treated as a part of Minu's family and he has bonded so much with Minu’s son. And I am still feeling sorry that that we have to leave, but we are leaving to go to school and if I have the opportunity I will use Minu again during school holidays.
I am very happy that we met such a lovely, warm and caring person. Minu is the best.xxx

When choosing a childminder it is a very important process for the parents. After interviewing many childminders for my daughter Zara who is 5 years old. I knew Minu was the one from the moment I walked in her home. she welcomed me and Zara very well, she was warm and it just felt right. Minu is looking after Zara and I have been very comfortable and happy in the way she just adores Zara just like her own. Zara is really enjoying going to her as well. Minu fulfills all the duties that I request. Zara mainly has after school care and Minu always takes the initiative to do homework and reading as well as Mnu's own activities she plans around for Zara like sewing and painting. We are very lucky to have her. Thank you my dear wonderful MINU.

I was quite reluctant at first to consider getting a childminder however at my first initial meeting with Minu I was convinced that she will no doubt provide the right type of care for my son. She is very passionate about her role and provides a very educational and stimulating environment for my son.
Minu has been looking after my son for several weeks now and in this short period of time I have seen the positive impact it has had on his progress of development. She is very friendly and more importantly very reliable. I couldn't recommend anyone better. I am at ease that I have left him in very capable hands whilst am at work.

Minu is a childminder of my twins, I am ever so grateful in finding such a sweet girl who is looking after my boys like they are her own. She has a little boy her self who is also very kind and sweet. I definitely recommend my childminder to anyone and especially if you have babies. She is very experienced, my babies them selves have become attached ! It's lovely to see.
