My name is Ravinder and I live with my husband and two children, I proud of having safe, clean and smoke free home where I can create happy and healthy environment for your children to learn and grow. I will be using specific area of my house for child-minding although rest of my down stairs is available to. I am walking distance from the local parks, library, bus stop, Orpington train station, mother and toddler groups sand local shops. I am very caring loving and professional person who would love to look after your child while you at work. i do local school pick ups and am also available for baby sitting at your house for bank holidays and weekends
My Experience
As I have more than 10years experience in child care
I have two of my own children , when they started school I was interested in childcare so I worked as volunteer for one year in day nursery after one year I was offered permanent job as nursery nurse . I have just been Rated as Good which is very encouraging.

Ravi was our childminder for our younger son for nearly 5 years right from when he was 3 until very recently.
Ravi stands out for her caring nature, level of commitment and flexibility. There have been countless occasions when I had to request for early morning or late evening care which Ravi accommodated even at very short notice.
She really knows the children well that she cares for, and was always very contactable and communicative with us.
My son thoroughly enjoyed going to her house, and we had also arranged for him to be dropped and picked at Warren road school where he was studying. This arrangement worked out brilliantly as both of us are working parents in the city.
I am very thankful to Ravi and Mr. Ghai for the support over my sons formative years.

Our little girl has been with Ravi for almost a year now, since she was 16mo, and absolutely loves her. She calls her ‘my Ravi’, and feels safe, comfortable and happy there. She has also learned so much, her vocabulary is brilliant for her age, and Ravi helped us with her potty training recently too.
Ravi’s communication is great, during her settling in we got so many pics to reassure us, and we still get a few every day. We also get a lovely update at pick-up every day.
We feel so lucky to have found Ravi, and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a warm and caring childminder, who will really help your child learn and develop.

Ravi has been looking after our little girl for 2 years since, since she was 1. She is caring, friendly and dedicated. Ravi is always extremely flexible which is really appreciated when trying to juggle working and parenting. She really knows the children well that she cares for, for instance she always makes sure to have our little girls favourite food on the days she goes to Ravi's house. She has great communication with us. For example, always able to give good daily updates.
Our little girl loves going to Ravi's house and we know she will always have a great day and be well looked after and have eaten some yummy healthy food, she has also got to know Ravi's family during the time she has been going and has really bonded to them too which is lovely to see.
We trust Ravi and so happy with her care that we have also registered our baby to be cared for by Ravi when I go back to work.

I appriciate ,and very happy about having casey from september.
Ravi has been looking after my son since he was a year and has been great with him. My son loves going to her house and is very well looked after. She ensures he gets enough outdoor time with physical activities, learning activities and also keeps him entertained with different activities through the day. My son has gotten very comfortable with her family and enjoys spending time with them. I would always recommend her as she has been absolutely fantastic with my son!

Ravi is very professional and also passionate about the children at the same time. She boosts the child’s confidence and their communication abilities. Ravi has a dedicated annexe at home for childcare. They also pickup and drop kids from home. Ravi is not just a childminder who just minds the children and keeps them fed. She cares for the children and is keen on the children developing age appropriate skills

We started sending our son when he was 11 months old and now he is 4 years old. Ravi supported us a lot in taking care of my son and helping him to learn and write. She was always there when I was late from office before pandemic . My son really likes to go to her.
Her dedication towards taking care of children are commendable.

Our baby boy has been with Ravi for the past 1,5 years since he was 1. I can't recommend enough this setting! Our boy is learning something new every day, he loves attending the place, loves Ravi and her family and is super happy and talkative every time we come to pick him up. Ravi is very experienced in what she does and I trust her 100%! Our boy is a lovely child and it is greatly Ravi's merit for what we will always be grateful!
