About Us
AWARD WINNING NURSERY & AFTER SCHOOL - Fantastic new purpose built nursery based in the Gorbals. The nursery and After School can accommodate 122 children aged 3 months - 15 years. We have extensive outdoor play areas and highly trained staff.
We are opened from 7.30 am until 6.30 pm Mon-Fri. Half day sessions are 7.30am - 1pm or 1pm - 6.30pm. The nursery provide breakfast, two snacks and a two course lunch daily.
The service has won 6 UK awards and 5 Scottish Awards since opening in 2014. We pride ourselves on high quality childcare.
This sector leading service is situated close to Glasgow Green and is only a 10 minutes walk into the heart of the city centre. We pride ourself on providing a high quality flexible childcare. We are the 1st service in Glasgow and the West to win the NHS PLATINUM HEALTHY CHOICE< HAPPY CHILDREN AWARD for nutrition and health.
The children will experience a wide range of curriculum based activities, delivered in a create fun manner. The nursery has a number of extra curriculum activities which are available at no extra cost.
The nursery has large, bright open playrooms. The under three children have their very own garden and sleep zones. The nursery has a strong focus on Heuristic and sensory play. Staff encourage baby sign as part of the daily routine.
Our 3-5 children have two large playrooms which lead directly out to a fantastic play area. The children have a both physical play zones and a Eco growing zone which they will access daily. Our Health & Well Being zone allows the children to promote active health and fitness.
Our After School runs 50 weeks in the year and also has a fully develop holiday programme. The nursery and After School are opened all year round except the week between Christmas & New Year. The After School has a strong commitment to ensuring your child has access to a wide range of fun activities and experiences. These include music and drama workshops, create writing workshops, daily outdoor fun, access to our music studio and daily access to our creative play room. The nursery work in partnership with the community art committee to ensure child have a wide range of creative and expressive play experience.
The holiday club has a packed and diverse range of activities which will keep your child busy and excited throughout the day.The children help plan where they want to visit and the types of activities they would like to be involved in.
The nursery and After School team have a strong commitment to community involvement and encourage the children of all ages to participate in community events and competitions.

My children are both here one in 2-3 room and other in the mega monkey room. They absolutely love it and I would not have them anywhere else now. The staff are all lovely and the facilities are brilliant with lots of outdoor areas and plenty of indoor space too.
My son got thoroughly spoiled on his birthday and came home with a lovely personalised card and lots of helium balloons.
I will be really sad when they have to eventually leave as am sure they will be,
10 out of 10 for this nursery.

Went to see the nursery at 7.30 this morning on my way to work as it was the only time i had to view the nursery. Was very surprised with the whole place, great big bright space, super gardens, staff were warm and friendly and the manager was very well informed.
The nursery and After school open at 7.30 am and close at 6.30 pm which is great for us as i sometimes never get out of work to six, which allows me time still to get there. The nursery has a great range of lunches and the veggie menu is very creative not just pasta like some i have been to see.
The thing that made me decide to sign up was the NHS staff discount of 10% and also that they will offer a rolling day contract. I really dont know why no one else is doing this as lots of people work shifts. Flexible, friendly childcare is their mission statement and so far so good. Life will hopefully now be easier on my whole family.

Went to visit a new nursery just opened in the Gorbals yesterday and it is a fantastic redeveloped building. The staff were fantastic and friendly, the manager was very informative and had a strong understanding of the importance of play and fun.
Being a teacher i want to ensure Jack has fun but is also being stimulated and encouraged daily. The nursery has a great sensory zone, beautiful sleep zone and best of all they offer term time contracts for professionals or students who are in education.
The nursery has a special under 3 garden which has Astroturf and plantes. CAN NOT believe my luck. Fantastic place and great value for money.

I have been struggling to find high quality childcare in and around the City Centre. Monkey Puzzle Glasgow Central has everything under one roof. Went to visit the nursery on Friday and again yesterday. Great bright playrooms, with 0-1 room, 1-2 room and 3-5 room. Sensory room and Health and Well Being zone. The cherry on the cake was the fact they open from 7.30am until 6.30pm. 51 weeks of the year.
The After School is the same opened until 6.30pm which means one pick up at the end of the day for my partner.
Can not wait to see the nursery develop over the coming months. The staff and manager seem very focused and friendly. Fantastic flexible childcare.
