About Me
I've got 21 years childcare experience and in that time I have worked in a nursery setting and as a private nanny. I’ve been an OFSTED registered childminder for the past 3 years now. After becoming a mummy for the second time I decided it was the right time to become a childminder and offer all my years of experience but from my home ‘home from
home childcare service’. I live in a three bedroom house with my husband, daughter born in 2015 and son born in 2019.
we live 5 minutes walk to Bracknell town centre, 10 minutes walk to Bracknell train station, close to the local park/field/ library and a 60 second walk to St. Joseph's primary school (which my daughter currently attends) and footsteps nursery (my Son currently attends)
I'm a trustworthy, reliable person with great references and I am passionate about working with children.
I enjoy helping children show their creative side and help develop their skills and encourage their individual personalities and interests.
It’s important to provide a good balance of outdoors and indoors activities.
We love the outdoors, exploring different woodlands, parks and providing forest school adventures.
We also go to weekly toddler groups, lots of themed activities at home and a wide variety of toys.
I have experience with children from new born- 13 years, children with speech and language difficulties, physical disability and a child that was peg fed.
My opening hours: 7:30am- 6:00pm, Mon- Thurs. I am happy to be flexible where i can so please discuss with me further if need be.
My Experience
I have been a sole charge nanny for 15 years and in that time have worked for six lovely families which have included a nanny-share.
Before Nanning I went into Nursery work from leaving school where I studied for my NVQ for two years.
I have experience with children from new born- 13 years, children with speech and language difficulties, physical disability and a child that was peg fed.
I'm a OFTED registered childminder and have been for the past 3 years.I had my first inspection in the summer and was graded GOOD
My Qualifications
NVQ 2 and 3 - National vocational qualification in early years care and education
CACHE level 3 - Diploma in early years practice
First Aid training
Clean driving licence
level 2 Food Hygiene
OFSTED registered

Very experienced private Nanny (and mummy ) changed to become a childminder
Great references, DBS check, first aid and clean driving license.
Available for before and after school from St. Joseph's Catholic school and footsteps nursery only
