My daughter went to Jade’s for two years almost, finishing a month or so back so that she could start school. We had never dealt with childcare before and Jade made everything easy. Our daughter was always excited to go and always had a lovely time. Any issues were always communicated back to us appropriately and we felt that we could give feedback at any time too. Jade was always as flexible as possible, which was massively appreciated as two parents who work shifts.
100% recommend.

I viewd a viewed a few childminders before and non have felt right when I met Jade she was very professional and my children took to her straight away! having a child with additional needs I worry alot and can be very over protective but I haven't felt like that at all. Jade is amazing with them and she took the time to get to know my son and understand his needs she understands and gets him and he has formed a lovely bond with her. He takes a long time to settle into new settings but he never wants to come hom when he is there so that was the biggest sign for me.
Jade will always go out her way to change times where possible and her communication is amazing.
my son is a fussy eater but will eat food he wouldnt dream of touching at home so I'm over the moon about that also.
I have had an amazing experience and will continue to use Jade as my my provider. The communication is so important for me and I always get feed back which I love. I feel at ease and happy knowing my children are in safe hands and how much they have learned and picked up also.

We've had quite an unpleasant experience with this childminder and tried to pull out of our contract after three weeks of our agreement but to our surprise we received her email asking us to pay for the full notice period despite the fact that our children have only spent 9 days physically in her care and another week at home being off-sick. We understand that she has the rights to do so and it is our fault that we signed her contract without reading it properly but we still hoped she would be flexible and understanding of our situation and wouldn't charge us for nine weeks of her service when in fact our children spent less than 2 weeks going into her setting. We felt that we have been ripped off, beware of her contract terms.

Amazing she was able to accommodate all of my needs and things were always changing in my line of work, very understanding and passionate about the children, the home is very clean. My daughter never wanted to come home that was

I'm a mother of two and, after my older girl had some bad experiences with nannies, we decided to try a childminder for our second child.
Jade is very calm, loving and understanding of parents' anxieties about leaving their little ones, which is very much needed in my case as I was so anxious after what my poor first girl went through. She was happy to provide me with three references and when I called them, all gave glowing reviews of how much their children loved Jade.
My daughter was nearly one years old when she started with Jade and from early on my daughter absolutely loves going to Jade's house. She is impatient to leave in the morning, getting our shoes as well as her own to try and hurry us out the door! For comparison, when I had my first child, it took her ages to settle with her nanny. So when friends used to tell me that their kids loved going to nursery/their childminder and would be trying to run out the door to get there, I thought they were deluding themselves - as all the books I had read on attachment told me that one on one attention up to age three is essential, that nurseries/too many other children is stressful for young babies and children etc. But the exact opposite seems to have been our experience - our younger girl is thriving and is so happy and secure with Jade and having several other children around, whereas our older girl, who had one on one attention with a nanny for nearly two years, has attachment issues (which are thankfully now subsiding after her starting school).
We are now five months in and I am so, so happy that we went with Jade. I wish I had done the same for my older girl.

I am a mother of 3, that has used many childminders and nurseries over the years and Jade is the best childminder we have had!!! She is very caring, loving and attentive. Jade looks after my 2 daughters and they always have a big smile on their face when they go to Jade's.
Jade is very flexible and has always been there when we needed childcare at very short notice, overall extremely reliable and has a great 'can do' attitude.
Jade is always happy to hear your thoughts on how the service can be improved and takes actions as and if required. Jade provides us with a daily diary for our daughter that is on full time care and this way we are constantly informed of her activities, what she eats, time of naps and change of nappies.
Jade also takes the kids out regularly, which is very refreshing to see.
I would be very happy to recommend Jade to anyone looking for a childminder, she is definitely the type of person I want to look after my children.

Our little boy has been going to Jade for the past 6 weeks and he loves it. When we collect him he always has a big smile on his face. Jade is great with the children, she gets them doing all kinds of activities which is really great and has even recently had a playroom created and changed her garden for the children. She is very patient and caring and really flexible which we very much appreciate. We also know that our little boy is being very well cared for as well as having a good time and being helped with his development. We cannot recommend Jade enough.

My Daughter has been going to Jade since she was 10 months when I went back to work. With her still being so young I was keen to find a home from home setting and Jade has definitely provided this. Jade has spent a lot of time and money improving the setting over the year and always introducing new ideas and activities.
I was looking for someone who was willing to do day /half day/ hourly rates to fit in with my mum travelling down to spend time with my daughter too on a weekly basis as well as being understanding to the issues faced on the daily commute in and out of London. I am usually able to give Jade plenty of notice of the weeks we require less or more childcare but she has also been very accommodating with some late requests.
The assistants who have worked for Jade, her husband and children have also been great with my daughter and she equally enjoys spending time with them.
My daughter always has a smile on her face when I pick her up - like she has had the best time ever- and confidently runs into Jades when I drop her off with excitement it's great to see how well she has settled in.

One of the best babysitters/nannies I’ve ever had :) she was perfect in every way (like a Mary poppins) she treated my son like one of her own, she’s patient, kind, loving and understanding. My son has a disability which she didn’t have a problem with...I trust her 100% which my son....he loves her...
Wish I never moved out of London because I would still be using her :(

Our one year old spent 3 days a week with Jade whilst my partner and I were working in London. Jade could not have been more excellent to communicate with and I wish I lived closer so she could look after our son all the time. This was our first experience of leaving him with a childminder and I was at ease from the first moment I dropped him off. I had full confidence that he was receiving a high level of care and he was always so happy when he had been with Jade that it was clear that he really enjoyed and benefitted from his time with her. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jade.

Jade has been a lifesaver for me... I had to find a childminder near me in less than 12 hours as work needed me.
I was very scared as you can imagine, leaving my two under 3s with a complete stranger the next morning... I stayed with them for a few hours but still... I was petrified!
However when I picked them up that day, I already knew that I did make a good decision.
As the days went by, Emma and Oliver seemed to be more excited to go there in the mornings and they were very content when I picked them up.
Jade followed my instructions and kept me updated during the day which always makes a parent feel much more relaxed.
Now we moved far away so we had to say goodbye to Jade but all I hear still is ‘are we going to Jade today, Mummy?’
So thank you Jade...I am glad I picked you to be my babies’ emergency childminder!

Jade looked after my two daughters aged 2 and 6 for a couple of months. They both loved her and really enjoyed their time with her. She has a lovely setting and the girls felt they were going to a friends house, she looked after them really well and they always were reluctant to leave. The only reason we did not continue to use Jade as a childminder was that our older daughter goes to school in the other direction so it was difficult to arrange the school run. Jade was really flexible with this and helpful, but it just wasn't practical for us in the long run so we decided to get an au pair.

We met with Jade back in mid December as we were looking for childcare for our 4 year old daughter. During our first meeting, Jade told us that she would be applying for a number of different schemes, including the 15 and 30 hours free childcare schemes - which we were very keen to use now that our daughter had turned 4 and was now eligible to use the 30 hours free childcare. She had told us repeatedly that the free childcare would be in place in 'about a weeks time' and she would keep us updated. This was perfect as our daughters start date with Jade wouldn't be until beginning of January.
After endless excuses and delays, by mid January, we decided to call the local authority ourselves to enquire about the delays in getting the 30 hours scheme in place with Jade - as, in the meantime, it was costing us a lot of money!! Jade had told us that there was a backlog of applications and it was holding up the process. The Local authority told us that jade had not actually been registered or applied for the hours - there was no delay. Jade told us mid December that she was registered with Ofsted. She told us just today that she wasn't actually registered until January and that's why she didn't apply for the free hours scheme in time.
We were informed by the local authority that Jade had not even enquired about the scheme until the 25th of January despite her telling us from Mid December that it was in the process. As a result of this, we cannot use the free hours scheme with ANY provider, because Jade did not activate or validate our code before the deadline. We now have to pay out of our pockets until April. Last week, our daughter was offered a full time place at a brilliant nursery but, we were forced to decline the place as we don't have the 30 hours free funding. This is through no fault of
Our own; as we had our code for this since beginning of December.
We have repeatedly found her to be dishonest and misleading - we had to terminate our contract with her because of this. She has also refused to pay back our deposit - so we are a further £138 out of pocket. She even had the cheek to suggest we pay her ANOTHER weeks childcare fees because we didn't give two weeks termination notice... We actually gave 7 weeks notice. We always clearly stated that we would not require her services beyond the end of January if the free hours weren't in place by then.
This childcare provider is inexperienced and unreliable and we would not recommend. We were charged £4 each night for Jade to drop our daughter off at home (10 min journey) 90% of the time, Jade did not drop our daughter off... it was her partner - we had not met him previously and knew nothing about him. She still charged the £4 though. We had arranged for our daughter to be dropped at home each night between 5.30 and 6pm. Most nights it was after 6.30pm by the time she got home. With no explanation Why!
There is no flexibility with Jade - on one unfortunate occasion, due to a mix up of dates, Jade attended my daughter's nursery to collect her on the wrong date. It was our fault as we had accidently written the wrong date down for her. We expected some kind of charge for this mishap.. possibly an hours fee (£6.50) at most. Jade actually charged us £24 for this!
We feel there is a huge emphasis on fees and money rather than forming good relationships with parents, carers and children. This has caused endless stress to us and disruption to our daughters routine.
