About Me
I am a Psychology graduate and am about to start a paramedic training course in January. I recently quit my job as a Care Assistant and am looking for nannying work because I'd love to work with children, and feel that because of my healthcare experience your child will be left in very safe hands.
I have also been volunteering with the British Red Cross as an Events First Aider since the beginning of this year.
I enjoy swimming and snowboarding, am very interested in Human Rights and am teaching myself French over the next few years.
My Experience
Most of my experience has been in the care industry, where I provided end-of-life care for those who have chosen to live at home. As well as providing personal care, I also helped with domestic and general household duties; shopping, cooking, etc. Although my experience is not in childcare, I feel having gained a broad understanding of the needs of vulnerable people I would able to apply the same skills when nannying.
I also have many year's babysitting experience under my belt as for a while I was the resident weekend babysitter on my road. This was for children from the ages of 4 - 10.
My Qualifications
Upper Second Class BA (Hons) in Psychology and Criminology, First Aid with AED qualified, BRC Safeguarding Adults, BRC Safeguarding Children
My Availability
I am available ASAP, all day/evening Monday - Friday with the occasional weekend if you need me. I will fit my hours around your needs, really.
