My Experience

I have knowledge of child development (EYFS) and I'm currently undertaking a EYFS refresher course. , I have knowledge of food hygiene, food preparation, allergens, and risk assessing. I hold a DBS and safeguarding certificate. I have been involved in working with children since leaving school. I did a Btec in childcare. Ran a parent and toddler group, was a nanny for a friends two young children, as well as another nanny role. I have also raised my own child and ran my own Ofsted registered child minding business. Nannying is something I'd love to progress my career in after having moved away from childcare for several years. I believe that childcare is not just a job but a chance to build a meaningful bond and help create a positive environment for a child to develop skills.
I'm looking for a nanny role, Ideally a full-time position, but I'm happy to consider part-time too.
I enjoy reading, music, the outdoors, travel and photography. I hold a full clean driving license and have access to a car. I can provide references, and I'm willing to take any further professional training if required.
I am also willing to consider evening/weekends babysitting jobs.

My Qualifications

Btec 1st certificate in childcare.
Btec diploma in childcare.
EYFS 1 and 2. Safeguarding children.
NVQ1 positive interaction with children.
Food hygiene/food hygiene.

My Availability

Available for Nannying Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (approximate)
I will be required to give 1 weeks notice in my current role.

Available for babysitting Mon-Thurs 4pm-9pm (depending on area/travel time)
Friday 4pm-11pm (depending on area/travel time and my own plans)
Saturday all day/evening (depending on my own plans)
Sunday 10am-4pm (depending on my own plans)
I am happy to negotiate on times stated above.

My Fees

• Nannying from £12.50 per hour (gross)
• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour

My fees will differ depending on whether it's a nanny role or a babysitting job. I'm very happy to discuss this further.
