My daughter was just 6 months old when she started with claire. Due to her being quite young it was really important that she was with someone who could provide the attention she needs at such a young age whilst being with other children which is why I felt claire was the perfect fit. Her set up is very well organised and her experience with children shines. My daughter has fit in well and is really enjoying her time with claire. I would 100% recommend claire to anyone looking for childcare, even with younger children. She provides a safe, happy and supportive space for both children’s and parents.

Claire and her assistant Hayley both look after my 3 year old who can be quite difficult with new people. I feel very lucky to have met them both as my daughter is looked after like family. The setting is very large and clean with a big garden. Children are well looked after with outdoor visits too. The children are well fed and all seem happy. It's a secure and loving environment and would highly recommend the very high quality childcare provided.

Claire looks after my grandson 5 days a week. He has been going to Claires for the past 12 months and he loves it and has learnt so much. He's had days out, trips to the zoo, and playgroups.
Claire is a lovely down to earth person who provides a safe place for the children to play, learn and grow. She also provides good home cooked food, much to my grandsons delight. All in all my grandson is happy at Claires which makes me happy to let him go there. Thank you Claire x

My boys feel very safe at Claire's. She will always speak honestly with you about anything that is going on and what has happened. The boys have fun, are given healthy food and enjoy going. She's flexible to support working parents. My boys were scared of dogs and the beautiful Teddy (dog) has helped their confidence but Claire doesn't push them to be with Teddy if they don't want to.
Claire and Hayley do lots with the children, playing, groups, going out etc. Lots of lovely photos to get you through the day too. Thanks for caring for my boys.
Highly recommended.

I have sent all 3 of my children to Claire when I returned to work. My eldest is 4 (she stopped as live outside of area) which leave my two you you great with Claire. She is nothing but supportive and flexible, with my kids working as a nurse and working long days, and on different shifts.
Claire has been amazing with my children's development getting them ready for school, my 3 thrived under Claire's care. She helped with development and keeping me in the loop of day to day activities. My children love going and going she takes them out various places.
My husband is also deaf and she has helped and learned sign language to help with communication, not only for my husband but with the development of our children encourages them to sign and grow and can continue learning the skill to communicate with there dad.
I would deffinatly recommend Claire to anyone. I would literally be lost without her!

Claire has had my son from before he started school and he had so much fun with Claire.
She now has both of my children for after school club and I know they are always having such a lovely time, fed well and are very well looked after.
In fact they can never leave without extra cuddles.
Such a fab childminder we are very lucky to have Claire and Hayley her assistant look after our children.

My child was with Claire for nearly two years and my child was always happy to go and was always happy on pick up. Clare did lots of fun and engaging activities with the children in her care and I couldn't recommend her enough!

My daughter started at Claires aged 1 and what can I say she loved it and we were so grateful for the flexibility and great care she received. Unlike a nursery each day was different, sometimes they would attend a playgroup, a playground, museums, walks in the park. I loved that my daughter was out and about socialising with different children and adapting to different environments. My daughter, now 2 is a confident, sociable little girl and I thank Claire for all her help and support. Claire is very flexible so as someone who is self employed that worked very well. Due to moving we had to move from Claire’s and 4 months down the line my daughter is still asking if she can ‘Go see Claire’
Thank you for everything you did for us!
Highly recommend!

My daughter has been with Claire since about 9 months old. She is now 2.5. My daughter was a covid baby and had very little socialisation outside of the family. She was a very shy and socially anxious baby so I was terrified of leaving her with someone else. I had absolutely nothing to be terrified of and Claire did an amazing job of settling my daughter. Along the way my daughter has a bit of delay in her development and speech. Claire was all over it. Kept us in the loop, offered to support us with the HV and implemented loads of interventions. My daughter has come on absolute leaps and bounds. It’s clear Claire adores our daughter and values her little character. The provision is like a home from home for our daughter. I’m a social worker and can imagine I am the nightmare parent. However I can only commend Claire for the care of my daughter.

My daughter started with Clare in January and I haven’t been satisfied with the service we received. I’ll always give credit where it’s due and I can definitely say that whilst I am not pleased with the circumstances, Clare definitely would stand out for how flexible she is considering both myself and my girlfriend are shift workers.
I was extremely excited for my daughter to start with Clare, after our initial meet with her, she seemed the perfect fit claiming to have plenty of experience in helping with behavioural change as at the time we were already aware that we did have a clingy baby. Clare was at hand to give advice which as first time parents was massively appreciated. The main thing that stood out was in regards to difficulty in getting her to self sooth and sleep independently where Clare was very clear that “we’ll have that sorted”. Whilst we did not expect someone to raise our child, it was an extremely positive message which she had given us.
At first, all seemed great, Clare would report whether she had been good or difficult each day and we were under the impression that all was well. A few weeks ago, Clare sent my girlfriend a text asking if she could have a phone call. We were in the car at the time with the call on hands free so I could also hear the conversation as we were both on a day off. Clare expressed her concerns about my daughter not settling and asked for advice which is absolutely fine as of course we know our daughter best. However, as first time parents, hearing “I’ve looked after plenty of babies, but non like her” is pretty difficult and did make us feel like the worst parents going. I knew at this point that Clare was starting the process of ending her care with my daughter.
Following on from this, Clare had another conversation with my girlfriend where they agreed to give it 3 weeks of trying new things before deciding whether Clare was the right option for us. Clare also said at this point that if we do decide to cut ties, she would support us until we found alternative childcare.
Fast forward onto day 3 of this 3 weeks of probation, Clare sent a TEXT to inform my girlfriend that she would be giving our daughter up effective immediately leaving us with no child care and in an extremely difficult position. Bare in mind, my girlfriend works in the emergency services and receiving this text mid shift threw her focus off and left her panicking which could have horrendous consequences.
In the last few days of care with Clare, she had spoken negatively about my daughter in front of another parent and also gave her cows milk (for the first time) without consulting with us first.
I was going to leave this situation which I will be from now but I feel like parents should have another opinion other than the picture that Clare paints.
