About Me

My name is Makayla and I’m 33. I am in the process of registering with Ofsted as a childminder. I will be known as 'The Cub Club'.

I live in Newton Abbot with my partner and our 15 month-old boy. We have a cavapoo called Eddy (This breed is hypoallergenic and he is a softy) and a British short-haired cat called Ember.

I am so excited to get everything ready, so I can offer a lovely environment for your babies and toddlers to play and learn in, and look forward to some fun day trips out exploring the local area! I live close by to Decoy Country Park and the town centre.

I have many years of nannying experience locally, in America and Australia. But with becoming a mum myself, childminding was a no-brainer for me!

My Experience

Previous nanny in the US and Australia for 2 different families. Ages 8 months - 6 years. Boy's and Girl's. Sole charge. Experience with a large family with children with special needs. Done lot's of babysitting. Have recently worked as a Residential Support Worker caring for children aged 13 -17.
