I live in a house with a garden with plenty of toys inside and out
I am within close walking distance of Belmore Academy primary school and Nursery
I am available from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday
All funding available
I frequently mix with other local childminders at toddler group
My home is close to the 140, 90 and E9 buses
I am a mother of 2 grown up sons
My Experience
I have been childminding since 1990.
I have looked children from all races with all abilities including a downs syndrome child who was a delight
Children often stay in my care for 7 or 8 years
My Qualifications
I have an NVQ 3 in childcare with reference to my childminding and a current First Aid Certificate
I have completed many courses for childminding purposes with my local authority
My Availability
As previously stated I am available from 7am to 6pm sometimes these times can be more flexible
I do not work during school holidays or bank holidays

Cheryl has looked after my son for nearly a year and he really enjoys being with her. Cheryl picks up from Belmore school and all the children are well behaved and you can they respect her.
She has helped us on numerous occasions and it’s not easy with clubs changing and things happening here and there, but Cheryl is very understanding and will do her best to accommodate you. My son was very happy in her care both after school and holiday days.

Cheryl is a great childminder. She provides very flexible hours that suit our needs for childcare. I find Cheryl to be very friendly and always polite. She has helped us a lot over the past 10 months with our sons . Cheryl takes the children out , and mixes with local childminders at a playgroup which my youngest son enjoys very much. Cheryl has a range of toys and activities for all age groups and a garden for them to play outside. Cheryl provides care before school from 7am and after school up to 6pm .My youngest has thrived in her care as she also helped with toilet training when we started it. If you are looking for a local childminder then I recommend Cheryl.

My daughters have been at Cheryls since ages of 3 and 4. I have never had a childminder before. I went to visit her on a Sunday and my children loved it. Cheryl made me an my daughters feel very welcomed in her house and also her family.She is very flexible in her hours and she is patient with the chidren. She had Become a great friend to me. In the holidays my children would go there and she would take them going to parks and do great activities with them. I would highly recommend Cheryl as a childminder. Thanks Cheryl for everything you do.

Cheryl has been my daughters childminder for the past 5 years. From day one my daughter has always been welcomed into Cheryl's house, she is very good with the children always organised , drops off and picks up the children on time from school. Even during the school holidays my daughter always wants to go to Cheryl instead of staying at home. She is very good with my daughter and other children and they adore her for all the care she gives them. My daughter always feels safe at Cheryl's to the point that she will be start secondary school in September, but I want her to still stay at Cheryl's after school Chery is a very down to earth person ,who is hardworking and takes good care of the children 100%. I have never regretted a day that my daughter has always been at Cheryl's. She is the best with vast experience of childminding under her belt. Thank you Cheryl for doing a great job. Keep it up you are the best. I will always recommend her to other parents if she has the space.
