My Requirements

We are looking for a housekeeper/family assistant/personal assistant - to support our non-traditional, busy, home educating family in Catford, London. We have 2 children who are 12 and 13 years old. Mum and dad work, both in and out of the house.

MUST be energetic, have a sense of humour, a willingness to learn, and the ability to think outside the box. Any level of experience can apply.

The ideal candidate will be a second pair of hands to mum and working alongside, supporting in both family and personal responsibilities, and contributing to the smooth running of a busy household. Please see a list of possible responsibilities below (this is not a comprehensive list).

Household Support:
o Household cleaning and tidying.
o Family laundering and ironing.
o Knowledge and preparation of healthy family meals.
o Caring for the family dog, including feeding, walking, and basic grooming.

Childcare & Driving:
o Transporting the children to and from activities, appointments, and outings.
o Researching and booking activities and outings.
o Providing support/guidance as and when required.
o Occasional sole care as and when required.

Personal Assistant Duties:
o Managing family calendars and schedules.
o Researching and booking travel arrangements, including holidays and short breaks.
o Organising paperwork and handling household admin.

Business Support:
o Assisting mum with existing business and her new business venture, including ad-hoc research and admin tasks.

Willing to train the right person.
Up to £38,000/yr on a live out basis (experience dependant)

Part-time to full time hours. Occasional weekend hours.
Live in option available and can be discussed.

**Must drive. Having own car would be an asset.

****We do have a hypoallergenic dog - named Finnegan, who loves walks and bounding through puddles and water, and a pet corn snake that is cared for by the children.
