Loving, nurturing, kind. The absolute best.

Tammy is without a doubt the most wonderful woman you could ever wish for to look after your child/children. She has not only cared for our son for the past three years, but helped raise him as he has been going to her pretty much full time since he was a nine months old. She has taught him and us (as novice first time parents) more skills than we could ever imagine. He’s learned to crawl, walk, talk and potty trained with Tammy. We always joke that she is some kind of white witch as she can get him to do things he would never do at home (like eat vegetables!)
People often comment on our son’s good manners and we always tell them it’s nothing to do with us, it’s all Tammy’s hard work.
Her home is lovely; safe, clean, a real home from home environment. She has toys and activities to suit every age and always mixes it up so there’s new activities laid out each day. But best of all, they always go out on adventures each day whether it be to local national trust attractions, park, woodlands, she’s even taken them to the zoo and on boat trips! Money can’t buy the memories she’s created and the friendships he’s forged there.
I think the biggest testament to how good Tammy is at her job is that she is always at full capacity and turning people away! Hence why I’ve waited three years to leave this review as I didn’t want anyone else to know how great she is until after our second son started with her! He’s had his name down for a space since birth ;)
Tammy, you’re simply the best and a part of our family now. ‘Thank you’ will never be enough for everything you do.

Wonderful, caring and supportive

Tammy has been minding our little boy since he turned 1, he is now 4 and starts school next week. When he first started with her he was shy and a little wary of being left with her. We arranged quite a few settling in sessions, in part because Daddy worked away from home a month at a time.
Tammy has provided Jonny a loving, nurturing and hugely supportive environment.
We had a bereavement in the family and without any hesitation Tammy helped us out. This was a huge relief for us and something we’ll always be grateful for.
Tammy has a good network of other childminders and through the covid pandemic has come up with more novel ways to entertain and keep the children she cares for stimulated and active.
We are sad to say goodbye as we turn a new chapter, but we know we’ll keep in touch. Thank you so much Tammy. You’re the best xx

The most amazing Childminder

Our 1 year old son was looked after by Tammy for 13 months until he was 2 and a bit. We were extremely sad to move out of the area recently as Tammy was the perfect childminder. She is such a warm and friendly person, who has created a home away from home for the children. Each day the children are welcomed into her home with a warm smile and variety of toys set up ready for them to play. Each day they would venture out, be it to a National Trust attraction, a local playgroup or park before either eating a picnic out or returning for delicious home cooked meal and a well earned nap. Each day I picked up my son, he'd had a fun filled day full of stories of their adventures together. Tammy's childcare is top class, educationally engaging and fun. In my opinion you cannot compare the loving, nurturing, adventurous atmosphere that is created by Tammy.

A wonderful Childminder, a home from home

My little boy started with Tammy when he turned 1 and very quickly warmed to Tammy and loved spending time with her. Her home is perfectly laid out with new toys brought out for each day to keep the children interested and providing lots of variety. Tammy spends lots of time organising days out to local children’s centres and trips out to keep the children entertained. Tammy was always kind, friendly and professional as well as flexible with our needs without a fuss! Another point to mention is Tammy’s commitment to providing home cooked, nutritious meals, again with lots of variety.

I couldn’t recommend Tammy enough and wish she could’ve moved with us! Thank you Tammy, you truly are amazing.

Excellent childminder, kind and professional

Tammy is kind and warm. My daughter loved her instantly and felt right at home. She does lots of activities, and updates parents throughout the day about what they're doing and how much fun they're having.
