Hello
I'm Lili and I live in Dartington. I have a lot of experience as a nanny and babysitter. I work to provide kind, gentle and playful care to the children I work with. To do so, I like to follow a hand in hand approach.
I like to take a lot of care in establishing a connection that holds children's emotional needs and development at the center. I aim to kindly and clearly hold boundaries and to be a calm and steady presence. So they feel they've got space to explore their environments and express what they need to!
I'm just going through the process of getting ofsted registered.
My Experience
I have 10 years experience working as a nanny and a babysitter. I spent several years in a Steiner nursery, whilst working as a nanny and babysitter. For the last 2 years I worked at the Steiner school in the kindergarten as an assistant and then supporting the afternoon play provision.
My Qualifications
I have a level 2 certificate for the children and young people's work force and I have first aid training.
My Availability
I mainly work during school term times and offer more limited childcare during school holidays.
