About Me
Hi i have been working with children for over 15 years now and enjoy every day of it. The beauty of children is that no day is the same and there is plenty of fun and learning to be done. In my previous jobs i have made great friends with the children and their parents and still keep in touch with them. I am extremely patient which i believe reflects well on the children in their later life.
I am focused on giving the best care and attention to children and always show a strong interest in their learning and development. I am very energetic and like to try to get the children outdoors as much as possible as i feel they thrive in this environment.
In my spare time i enjoy going to various fitness classes and groups, reading and baking its impotant to by motivated by work as a result i am always up for challenge.
My Experience
I started looking after children at very young age when i was 16 years old i have looked after my cousins 2 children age 10 months and 3 years old through summer holiday.
I have been working as a mothers help and cared for 4 children their age when i started was : 3months, 2 , 5 and 6 years old. I helped to take them to playgroups, parties etc. Did basic care ( nappy changing) light house work, cooking and general nanny duties.
In past 3 years i worked for 2 families as a nanny and looked after their 2 children age between 4 months and 4 yeras old.
I have also had experience working with nursery settings where i was nursery room superviser caring for children age 3-4.
Through the years i have also done number of babysitts for many families.
I was also working as a sole charge full time nanny for a high profile family in London, looking after 2 girls age 1 and 2 years old.
I have recently moved back to Yorkshire (Easingwold) and worked temporarily for a family in York where i have looked after 18 months old little boy and his 7 year old sister in a past 6 months
