About Me
Hello, my name is Paula. I am a registered childminder in Reigate wood hatch area. I have been working in childcare for over 19years now, from early years practitioner to room leader to deputy manager and manager.
I care for children from birth to 6years.
I provider healthy cooked meals as a balanced diet followed by deserts and snacks through the day.
My daily activities include trips to the local park, Reigate library, I have the Earlswood lake walking distance from my home so we go feed the ducks and play games in the common and in warmer weathers will have picnics.
I plan my activities monthly as a theme of arts and crafts to include festivals such as Easter, Diwali, Chinese New Year and Ede, Christmas.
I have two play rooms which one is in my living room and play room for quieter areas and times when children need to sleep or just want to rest the other is an extension on the house which is my play room also. So the children have access to both rooms as well as my large garden which is filled with lots of resources as well as a mud kitchen.
All my resource’s are age appropriate and within the areas of the EYFS.
My Experience
I have been in early years private day nurseries since I left school.
I have two children of my own Harrison 7years old and Eloise 2years old.
I have worked my way up in early years from practitioner room leader,deputy manager and manager positions.
I have worked with all ages from birth to 5years. I have been working in childcare for 18years.
My Qualifications
Nvq level 2 and 3 in early years childcare.
I am first aid trained and have a full clean DBS check.
I am SENCO and trained DSL safeguarding lead.
I have done other training to support all families and children from eating, supporting children with SEN and disabilities.
My Availability
I have limited spaces available
Full days 9am till 5/5:30pm
Half days 9am till 2:30pm
I have set holiday in the year where closed due to spending time with family 2weeks over summer which will be given set dates when starting little kuti’s and closed over Christmas and bank holiday’s.

- Childminding from £7.00 per hour
£7.00 including breakfast, healthy lunch and tea and with a healthy snacks
