About Me
My name is Hollie Chapman, I’m 32 years old and married to my husband Craig. We have 2 wonderful sons, Finley who is 5 years old, and Freddie who is 3. We also have our loveable cockapoo Kobe
I love being outdoors as much as possible, going on bike rides, spending time over our allotment (with it’s very own pirate ship and sand pit for the kids to play in) we go on plenty of dog walks visiting lots of different country parks too.
I absolutely love my job! And couldn’t imagine doing anything else. I take pride in caring for all children and making them feel safe, secure and stimulated. I set up a variety of daily fun and educational activities to help develop their confidence in all areas of learning and play.
I try and spend as much time outdoors as possible with the children, going on adventures, jumping in muddy puddles, gardening at the allotment, playing in the garden and exciting day trips out. All weather gear clothing is a definite in my house… expect muddy happy children.
I feel great communication between parents and their childminder is so important this is why I provide daily emails containing photos and information on your child’s day with me, how they have been, eaten, slept, what we have done that day etc. And I love to hear about your children’s weekends and important things going on in their lives.
My Experience
I have worked in childcare for over 15 years, in nurseries, nannying and now childminding.
I am a Ofsted registered Childminder and I offer a childminding service from my “home from home” setting in four marks.
I am fully qualified with my NVQ level 3 in child development and up to date with safeguarding, and paediatric first aid.
