Unreliable & Dishonest
Soeli started working for us in January on a 24hr 4 day contract. All was well initially however by March we began to notice a few absences. These steadily grew and we became wary of the 5am texts to say that she was unable to come in that day. This did as you can imagine throw everything into disarray but we persevered as our children enjoyed her company and as busy working parents there was little time to find someone else.
By August these absences had grown to 25% or in other words not a week would go by when Soeli was able to work her full contracted hours. We were then left slightly bemused when she asked us for more hours. We agreed a 41hour 5 day week which we thought she would be happy with but it left us wondering how she would fulfill the longer week when 24hrs was clearly such a struggle.
We did not have long to wonder. In the end Soeli left of her own accord, she was sick and we had no reason not to believe it. She made it clear that she was unable to work in any capacity due to health reasons. She realised that finding a nanny in such short notice would be difficult so she would work her 1 month notice with the proviso of her health allowing her.
This was very noble of her but working just 3.5 days of the 21 day notice was really no help at all. By then it was fair to say that we had worked her out so it did not come as a surprise.
What did come as a surprise are all the lovely reviews below. Unable to work for us but clearly working for others! It leaves us wondering whether all the statutory sick pay we paid was due to her illness or just working for someone else that day. Those mornings when she came in tired, were they because she was ill or was it because she was working with another family that night. Its not a question for Soeli to answer, we will never know the truth as she was unable to tell the truth.
All we wanted was someone who would look after our children and have the decency to say goodbye to them. Instead all we got was someone who took advantage of our good nature.

Dear Pavan
I had an operation, which you know well of the circumstances.
I wish you and your family all the best in life. God bless you all and keep you healthy so you can see your children flourishing and grow into confident capable adults.
Kind regards, Soeli Watson
Soeli looks after my kids couple of months and all i can say that my children love her so much. They can’t wait to see her again and again. They love when Soeli read them bedtime stories and makes them lovely breakfast in the morning. We are happy to have Soeli.

I’ve been using Soeli for about 6months: she is the perfect blend of soft and structured. The boys have reacted well to her and love it when she looks after them. She’s almost part of the family now!!

Hi Kat.
I'm sorry you feel this way. I apologise due to health problems I cannot longer work as a childcare provider. Its unexpected and sad but I need to recover first.
I wish you and your family all tge best finding the right candidate for this position.
Kind regards, Soeli Watson
Soeli looked after my 6 month old baby overnight for a few nights and I can highly recommend her.
She is reliable and professional, very caring with my little girl.
Soeli was very patient and capable in getting my baby girl to know her and to like her and they were good friends by the end of the first night. I would happily call Soe again if needed in the future.
