About Me
We currently have a full time position available from 3rd November 2025.
I have been a registered childminder for nearly 30 years. I work along side my daughter who has gone back to childminding after a break from having her latest child. Between us we have a wide range of experience with children from birth to 16 including children with varying special needs. We offer good quality childcare within a friendly home setting..
We will be working from my daughters premises where she lives with her husband (DBS checked) and her 4 children (11, 9, 5 and nearly 2 years old), they also have a lovely dog. My daughter lives within easy walking distance of the South Park and less than 10 minutes walk from Hullabaloo and other child friendly activities within Darlington. She is also located less than 5 minutes walk away from Darlington Railway station - ideal for days out.
Our hourly fees include all meals and nappies/wipes if needed, the only thing we ask for is formula if needed and a change of clothing as well as appropriate outdoor clothing to suit the weather.
My Experience
Nearly 30 years of experience from newborns up to 16 years old.
Full 1st aid training including paediatric first aid
All safeguarding
Up to date Ofsted training.
Children with learning difficulties and eating disorders.

11 GCSE's and O'Levels
Pediatric and Full First Aid
Ofsted Registration complete
Early years appropriate training
