About Me

At the moment I am available for occasional babysitting on some evenings (weekdays and weekends) depending on the schedule of my current primary job.

My Experience:
20 years working with young people and their families from under five's to 17 years old. The bulk of my experience has been with primary aged children.

I've worked in many child based roles both indoors and outdoors. Therefore my skills and ideas lend themselves to a variety of environments, incorporating creative and physical activities whilst also being ready to embrace an adventure (or a change or plan!) whenever it arises.

I believe I am disciplined and fair in my approach, acting as a positive role model at all times. I understand the importance of independent learning and acknowledge that children learn in different ways, driven by different motivations and encouragement. Above all, my roles have taught me that young people need a consistent, caring and safe environment in which they can have fun and develop.

Leaving your child with someone can be a source of anxiety, so I am happy to work in a manner that allows both adults and children to feel as safe as possible.

About me: I'm a happy, positive and active person, with lots of energy. Hobbies and interests include: dance, running, swimming, exploring, travelling, performing, music, cultural activities and anything else that involves being in nature!
