About Me
Hello my name is Naima I have got a NVQ level 3 in childcare, learning and development. I have been working in childcare for over 10 years and absolutely love what i do daily.
I have two girls of my own who are currently attending primary school.
I believe in making childrens experience very fun whilst learning through play. With all my experience in working in private day nurseries, I believe I can provide children with the activities and resources a nursery has including sand, water and a range of messy play activities available everyday. I also run my setting with the benefits of a nursery including there routine throughout the day whilst being able to give them the attention they need in a small home and family environment.
I have a secure child friendly garden where the children will have access to throughout the day all year round with the appropriate outdoor clothing.
I live within close proximity to a children’s playground which has a large playing field, I use this to my full advantage by taking my minded children there for local walks and outings including using a range of large equipment in the play area to develop their gross motor skills.
I have good transport links near me which allows me to take the children to toddler play groups, farms, museums and many more fun experiences.
I have got a first aid certificate and enhanced DBS check. I own my own vehicle and have a clean driving license
I have been told I am very trustworthy and reliable and often called upon to babysit for family and friends.
I have a small child friendly dog and 2 cats (they are always up to date with their flea treatments and routine vaccinations)

Our son has been with Naima since September 2024. After visiting several childminder settings, Naima made me feel very comfortable from the beginning and our son warmed up to her instantly. We were very new to this and Naima has been a wonderful help throughout the process. Our son is happy attending her setting and has a structured routine which we see the benefits of at home.
We are very grateful to have found Naima and would highly recommend her. Our son has made friends, is talking a lot and has very good social skills and I feel Naima has impacted this. Her family are lovely and her children adore our son. She is understanding, considerate, and a thoughtful person. We hope to stay with her until our son goes to school.

Our little girl started with Naima when she was 11 months old. As a new mum I was very anxious about sending her to a childminder and was pretty neurotic about her routine and sleep. Naima made the transition so seemless and easy, and was just amazing with our little one - you can tell she loves her and has the best day everyday.
Naima also went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with her daily routine, and now she actually sleeps better there!
Naima also has two lovely young daughters who adore my little one and who she also adores.
The childcare is setting is perfect and Naima always finds different things for the children to do.
I would highly recommend Naima.

Naima is such a wonderful woman she made my son feel so welcome and comfortable couldn't ask for a better childminder. I would recommend her to anyone. Great experience very professional.

Naima has been wonderful in going above and beyond in making sure that my daughter is settled and comfortable with her. From day one, she easily created an environment where my daughter felt comfortable and settled in the first week. Before she started attending at Naima’s, I and my wife worried how a 2 and half year old little girl who had not been away from either one of us for a single hour would settle down without us, to our surprise and delight she was more relaxed and happy with Naima. Naima’s daughters have really helped our daughter settle down, she calls them sisters and this has added an extra layer for her to settle and be comfortable.
Communication is Naima’s biggest strength and she has made sure that we are kept updated all the time. Most importantly I have been impressed with how quickly my daughter has started to improve her speech and language. I am even more impressed with numerous activities outside the house to stimulate my daughter and other children in her care like going to parks and for soft play.

After never using a childminder before for my older children I was a little bit nervous about sending my one year old but it’s the best thing I ever did. Naima is amazing and I would 100% recommend her services. Naima is very professional, super caring and fully focussed on the needs of the children. My daughter absolutely loves the days she spends with Naima and she normally doesn’t want to leave when I pick her up. Each day is full of fun activities, exploring and learning and she has developed so much in the time she has been coming here. Daily photos and a communication book help me to see just how much my daughter is enjoying her time there. Naima has encouraged her to try new things and form lovely relationships with the other children. I can’t recommend Naima enough!

Naima has been caring for my 1 year old daughter since November 2022 and has made going back to work a very smooth and easy transition. From day 1 I felt very comfortable and could see that my daughter had an instant connection with naima. My daughter was diagnosed with a rare epilepsy disorder at the age of 6months and I was finding it difficult to find the right childcare for my daughter. I couldn’t believe my luck when I found this lady. My daughters condition meant that she could have serious developmental delays however since she has been with Naima I have seen her progress and develop in leaps and bounds. She has become a social butterfly, learnt to walk and has even learnt social interaction. My daughter has truly flourished in such a short time. I receive feedback of my daughters day everyday with a description of tasks and outings that they do throughout their day as well as how she has eaten and slept. I cannot commend this woman enough.
