About Me
Hi there,
We are a young family of 4 with 2 boys (8 and 4 yrs).
My husband and I work full time and we are looking for an experienced (ideally registered and qualified) person for 2 days a week Mondays and Wednesdays starting from mid-January 2022.
Hours 3:00 pm to 18:00 pm.
Duties include:
School pick up; tea and snacks time; play and read to the children; prepare light dinner for the kids and tidy up toys and clean up after dinner. Occasional stroll in the park or drop the kids to Tennis lesson (walking distance).
We are looking for someone who has a high standard of hygiene and is organised; has good command of English (with French is a bonus), non-smoker. This is potentially a long term role so we want to make sure that we get the right person who will be happy looking after the boys.
More importantly wiling to learn and adapt to our parenting preferences and take on board feedback.
My Requirements
The job will be mainly:
• picking up from school at 3 pm and looking after the boys in my house
• preparing light meals for children and clean up after the meals
• helping with school homework
• playing with the children
• taking the child to parks, playgroups and other activities after school occasionally
• tidying up the children's toys
To give you a bit more information about our expectations:
- Cleanliness and top hygiene.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Experienced with handling children and entertaining them and be in control.
- An eye for detail in monitoring behaviour and noticing new changes as I would like detailed daily feedback.
- Be open to constructive comments and work in partnership with parent
- I am very sorry but we will not be able to allow consumption of pork and alcohol in the house and no smoking. I would prefer an individual who wears decent and not revealing clothing in the house. Please do not be offended by the conditions above as this is 2 way process where both parties have to be satisfied with the terms.
