My Summary

My Experience

I have worked at my current setting for almost 9 years. I have worked with children aged between 6 months - 5 years old. I am currently the room leader of the pre school room. I have been responsible on outings to farms, shops and on public transport. I have changed nappies, helped with toilet training and learning to walk. I have helped children learn physically, emotionally and interlectually. I have had the responsibility of setting up activites suitable for childrens needs. I have assisted the children at meal times on a daily basis as well as doing cooking activities with them.
I complete learning journals on my children and complete detailed observations on them. I work alongside the EYFS as a guide. I manage the staff within my room and plan weekly for my children. I work alongside the SENCO officer to care for two autistic children with whom i have learnt so much from due to forming a special relationship with.
When i have not been at work i often care for my young nieces and nephews. I have cared for them from newborns. Whilst caring for them i would take them out to places such as the park and softplay. I would feed them, change them, cook for them, play with them, bath them and put them to sleep.

My Qualifications

I have a level 2 and 3 CACHE Children and Young People's Workforce qualifications.
I have a level 2 team leading diploma.

I am first aid qualified.

My Availability

I will be available every week day all day.
