I am a mature Highly qualified and educated British well spoken Nanny who comes from a Steiner background who steers away from traditional authoritarian childcare choosing instead to guide the children in my care through the most influential years of their lives with gentle patient trust and respect while providing clear boundaries good manners while stimulating them with books songs outdoors and arts and crafts. Education can start right from birth after all.
Bilingual in German who has worked both in the UK and abroad (Europe/ Far East) in shared care and sole charge positions with children aged new born to 16 years of age. I am also highly experienced in Home Education/ Breastfeeding advice/ Sleep training/ Establishing routines/ Nutrition/ Behavioural management I also have a diploma in psychology and SEN education and Home education qualifications. And a home tutor in reading and phonics.

Anita seemed very nice at interview and accepted the position. later she stopped responding to text messages and then it turned out she had changed her mind. We found our 2 days before she was due to start. No apology and no explanation. She is still looking through this site. Devastated.
