My Experience
In 2015 I worked full-time as a summer nanny for a family with a 2-year-old and 5-year-old. My responsibilities included taking the children to school and nursery, preparing meals, playing, providing home work help and washing the children's clothes.
From 2016-2022 I worked as a full-time nanny and housekeeper for a family with twins, the children were 3 months old when I began the role. When the children were new infants I followed a routine of feeding, sleeping and bathing the children. I supported the children from infancy to early years assisting them to learn to eat solid foods, walk, talk, and with potty training. As 3-year-olds I dropped the children at nursery, played with the children and engaged them with educational activities. I cleaned the family's house, washed the family's clothes, ironed, and assisted with organisational household duties. I continue to provide babysitting and ad-hoc childcare support for the family.
