About Me
Hello, I’m Nasima! I am an Ofsted-registered, fully-qualified Childminder with over 30 years experience and have a large, purpose-built, fully-resourced indoor playroom. I work with experienced childminding assistants and have no pets and a strict no smoking policy. I am extremely passionate and am dedicated to my work and aim to offer the best care possible to all children in a comfortable, safe environment.
My current Ofsted rating is 'Good' and I attend regular training sessions to keep myself up to date with changes in legislation regarding EYFS and safe-guarding issues. My weekly learning activity plan covers the EYFS curriculum - this includes all seven areas of child development. All children in my care are treated as individuals, and are encouraged to reach their full potential. I offer 15 hours free entitlement to all 3, 4 and some 2 year old children, as well as 30 hours free childcare.
I live in a semi-detached house in Brimsdown, Enfield with my Husband and 3 children which has a large, dedicated playroom as well as a fully-secured garden for the children to play and explore in. It has easy access to local transport such as bus stations and Brimsdown railway station and is also next to Durants park where regular visits are made. I take the children to visit the library, local farm, soft play and toddler group regularly as well as make ad-hoc entertainment trips during the school holiday period.
My Experience
I am an Ofsted-registered, fully-qualified Childminder with over 30 years experience. I have worked with a range of different children including those with special needs. I am also qualified as a Nursery Nurse and have experience of being a Childminder Mentor - this involves assisting newly qualified Childminders.

We haven’t been with Sima very long but she has really stood out as an exceptional childminder. She is profession, kind, thoughtful and supportive. Her playroom is very, very well equipped and she does terrific activities with the children.

Just a short journey and a beautiful experience that we had . I've met Nasima last year in July and my son not only that he enjoys the place he loves the staff his little friends and Sima.
We really want to say a big thank you and just because you and your help my son is today talking and more independent organised .Is just the place the atmosphere is like our family. Arthur is so changed when we went to Sima he didn't say a word but with Sima support today he talks he sings . You really are the best and my words are nothing comparative with what you did. Can't forget to say that my son was always happy loved clean and well looked after. If it was to recomand Sima I'll do it to all parents that want they're children to be safe loved well looked after and improve all their strengthand work hard on their needs . Don't forget and don't even think twice Sima is the best from the best she really was our angel and part of family

My 2yr old son has been going to Nasima’s house coming up to a year now and he absolutely loves it. Both Nasima and her Assistants work so hard and keep my Son entertained throughout the day. He is always so happy to do to Nasima’s house every day to play and have fun. He is learning so much and coming out with new sentences each week. The communication between Nasima and I is spot on. Being a busy full time mum and working full time is tough. However Nasima makes it so much easier because I feel at ease that my son is being looked after. Nasima is very flexible and always makes things possible without a fuss. We’re very thankful to you and your assistants or ‘Aunty’ as my son calls them. Thank you for your dedication and for looking after our boy.

As a new mum and a full time worker I was anxious about leaving my 10month old for any childminder. However that changed the very moment i found Sima. She genuinely cares about children and my daughter was always excited to go there. I realised that from going to this childminder (‘home-nursery’) my daughter’s development was quick, she learnt words and songs and sociable skills. I call it a ‘home-nursery’ because the setup is brilliant. With books, activities embedded into the daily routine, well structured play area, my daughter was engaged and given the opportunity to explore and engage. I genuinely say that she’s the best childminder you could get for your child. My daughter is now 22 months and had I not moved to a different country, my daughter would still be with Sima. I now found myself looking for a childminder that would match up to the standards and care that was given by Sima

my child is as the title states. My 2.5 year old has been going to Nasima's since she was 1 year old. I wanted an environment where my daughter was at 'home away from home' and that's what she has!
my little girl loves going there, has funny stories for when she is home, plays with her friends and makes pictures for us.
She has learnt a lot and really enjoys herself there. I am so glad that I do not worry about her when I am working!
