Hi my names Yvonne. I'm a mum of 3 (24old girl & 20yr old twin boys) & a grandma of 2 girls (3 years & 2years) I work in an education setting term time only and am available to look after your little ones during term holidays from 2hrs - full days dependant on your needs. I enjoying spending time with children, teaching them & learning from them.
My Experience
My first and most important role is being a Mum to my 3 amazing (fully grown) children and a Grandma to my beautiful granddaughters. I have supported children with special needs, children with English as an additional language & talented & gifted children in a primary school setting & also during swimming sessions. I have also provided out of school tutoring for children to achieve GCSEs in Maths. I have worked as a play worker at an after school club for 4-12 year olds and have been a guardian for children on holiday (without parents) with a local club. I have volunteered as a Child Welfare Officer (for a football club), Secretary and Treasurer for a community football club and a local Youth club committee member.
My Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 (play work & childcare), SWIS Level 3 (support work in schools), Paediatric First Aid qualified and Sports First Aid qualified. SafeGuarding trained. Moving & Handling trained. Safer Cycling Trainer & Right Start Level 1/2/3 Child Pedestrian Trainer.
My Availability
I'm available during school holidays. I provide care for your child/children from 2 hours to full days dependant on your needs. I am mostly available on short notice.
I am also available on some days for after school care - including school pick ups.

My Fees
My fees start from £7 hour upto £10 per hour dependant on length of session and amount of children, their ages and needs. Although basic tidying up and getting snacks etc is included in this I am willing to do extra jobs around the house (laundry, ironing, cooking meals etc at an additional charge). Also although I will not require a transportation charge (to your property) I am prepared to provide transportation for outdoor activities, clubs etc & we can discuss further if you require this.
