My Requirements
Looking for a nanny for 3 days a week when I go back to work in July. Care is for the baby boy who will be 1 year, and occasionally (some days in school hols) our girl who will be 7, 8am-4pm. Days are flexible. He's currently a pretty easygoing baby. Gentle parenting and lots of cuddles are very important to me. I believe in age appropriate expectations for behaviour, no crying it out, etc.
