Hi, I'm Jaime, I have moved from Primary Teaching to Childminding and feel privileged to be able to be a part of children's lives and to help them progress and nurture and care for them in my lovely home.

I visited around 5 childminders in Prenton, Wallasey and Liverpool (where I work).
Jaime looks after my 2,5 year-old.
What gave me peace of mind about Jaime is that I went to few playgroups she goes to and observed her. She wasn't only good with her kids but with other kids and her surroundings as well. She has the exact qualities I want in someone looking after my child: caring, trustworthy, and reliable.
Jaime follows my instructions on how I like my daughter to be minded and has own initiative. She is a mom and was a special needs teacher for a long time.
You always get a very warm welcome at Jaime's home and it is a comfort to me knowing that my daughter is being cared for in such a loving, safe and child friendly environment .
SAFETY: Because I observed Jaime interacting with her kids before approaching her I could see she is always aware about healthy and safety. She has been a special need teacher for many years. She knows what needs to be done.
HEALTH: AT home we eat health, green juices, fresh food, etc... and Jaime prepares lovely food too. Sometimes you can smell when you come to her house. Box ticked.
FEW KIDS: I do like that my daughter has interaction with other kids but I also like the idea that Jaime chose not to have many kids to look after. Plus in a childcare home environment.
PLAYTIME: The kids have craft activities and learning many new exciting things as well as time at local groups and parks etc. My daughter loves the songs and the stories. Watching my daughter coming back by the end of the day with new words is so cute. Jaime is 100% hands on with creative playing and engaging my daughter - which is no easy job!
We also requested Jaime to mind our daughter 24-hour for 2 days for a romantic holiday (we dont have family nearby) and we got loads of feedback from other parents and updates from Jaime.
