About Me
I am a single mum of two girls 10 and 7. We are all neurodivergent. I work part-time as a sports coach. I have adhd myself and struggle with holding everything together. My girls are fun filled and love arts and crafts. They both have anxiety, which affects them both in slightly different ways.
My eldest also struggles with OCD and can find a lot of things difficult. She has many rituals that she does and you must follow otherwise she becomes upset or angry. She has a PDA profile and can be extremely defiant when asked to perform simple day to day routine tasks. Her behaviour is difficult to manage. She is borderline school refuser and getting her to school in the mornings can be very difficult. She doesn't like going to bed either and evenings are when her behaviour will peak. My youngest is not too difficult, but can have extreme meltdowns when something doesn't go right. But these are not too often. She can struggle a lot due to her sisters behaviours.
Due to being a single parent family it makes life a lot more difficult managing my children's needs on my own. Also having adhd myself I can be disregulated and overstimulated a lot.
My Requirements
I am looking for help managing the children and also the house. Mostly before and after school, going into evening times.
I need someone who is ofsted registered, I am willing to pay for this registration for the right person.
