About Us
NURSERY NURSE ?
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, friendly team member. We pride ourselves on being a unique and special nursery practicing Montessori methods.
Our team member will need to have level 3 qualification with all that entails.
The nursery operates from 8am to 5.30pm which we believe is a long enough day for our little ones and our staff; some flexibility to working hours as we believe a good work/life balance is important for our happy team and we are fortunate to have the benefit of working in the most beautiful setting surrounded by fields and farm animals and chickens ?
Own transport is a must ? Good rates of pay.
If interested please send a brief CV and tell us a little something about yourself as we are more interested in the person rather then what’s on the paper.
We look forward to hearing from you!!
The Old Rectory Nursery
X
Fully qualified Montessori practitioner in Early Years. The Old Rectory Nursery using Montessori Methods is set in Frankton (Nr Princethorpe) in beautiful surroundings where children have the freedom to discover new and exciting things about the outdoors. Chick rearing, egg collecting, caring for farm animals and woodland adventures.
My aim
Is to introduce your child to the early Montessori practical life and sensorial equipment in a homely and happy atmosphere. Working with a ratio of one to three children allows the children to have a gentle and kind introduction to the Montessori Method of Teaching.
I have created a room with some early Montessori exercises alongside conventional play equipment designed for this age group and a place where the children are free to learn to play, to discover and grow.
‘I am delighted that we found the fabulous ‘The Old Rectory Nursery’ for our son.
It really is special with its idyllic setting and large beautiful grounds in which the children can explore, adventure in, feed chickens, plant vegetables, pick strawberries in and much more;
Our son particularly loves the muddy walks and bug hunting. The nursery itself is cosy and inviting, it has a lovely, homely feel whilst being equipped with all the toys and tools needed to create an exciting place to learn and play. Miss Libby has a great ability to inspire the children to want to learn new things and our son is intrigued and eager to try many fun and education Montessori activitiesOur sons sense of independence has developed along with his social skills. He seems very happy at the Old Rectory and is always very chatty when he comes home. He is obviously being well looked after!’
