My Summary

My Experience

I have been childminding for 8 years caring for children aged between 0 and 10 years. Prior to this i was a manager of a private day nursery caring for children aged 0 to 5 years, for severall years prior to promotion i worked as a nursery nurse working with children of variety of ages.

With me the children participate in many art, craft and messy activites, and structured activities to meet their developing needs, as well as all the fun and acivities provided at home we also visit toddler groups, library sessions, park, swimming lessons and go out on many other outings.

I have invested in a eyfs tarcker scheme which records monitors your childs development, a copy of this is readily available along with lots of photographs and pieces of work to show you all the things your child has been up to. A daily record sheet is also provided so you are always kept informed of daily events.

My Qualifications

2014 recieved an outstanding grading from Ofsted
2011 recieved an outstanding grading from ofsted
BA hons early childhood studies (equivilant to level 6);
Btec national diploma in social care;
Diploma in home based care;
First aid; Safeguarding children;
EYFS trained (early years foundation stage);
PACEY accreditation (meaning goverment funding for 3 and 4 year olds can be claimed);
I have also attended many other courses including - speech and language, creative play, behaviour managment, special needs, food hygiene, planning and assesment, and makaton.

My Availability

I currently have vacancies for both full and part time spaces, please contact me for further details.
I do drop offs and collections from Tiptree Heath Primary school.
Opening hours are mon to fri 7.30 am until 6.00 pm.

My Fees

£4 per hour;
£2 per hour holiday rates;
£1.50 charged for meals or alternatively you may bring your own;
Invoices are issued monthly and payments may be made via bank transfer or direct debit, arrangements can be made for weekly payment if required.
Childcare vouchers are accepted and government funding for 3 and 4 year olds may be claimed.
2 year old funding may be applied for if we believe you may be eligible.
Fees are still payable through sickness or occassional days off, booked annual leave is charged at half rate.
Monies for outings, clubs or excursions may also be asked for, but advance notification will be given.
