About Us
Poppyfields Daycare was successfully launched in July 2006 and is open during term time and school holidays (excluding bank holidays and Christmas).
Children are cared for by qualified childcare practitioners, that have a real rapport and passion for working with children.
The childcare environment is safe, stimulating and meets all standards outlined by OFSTED.
Our Kindergarten works to the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum and has recently introduced a Forest School Facility, we promote parental participation and care for children aged 2 to 4 years.
Facilities have recently been extended in partnership with Crestwood Park Primary School to double our TIME FOR 2’s spaces. Applications are now being accepted for both funded and non-funded care.
Out of School - Breakfast, Afterschool and Holiday Clubs
Providing for children aged 3 to 11 with the opportunity to enjoy a range of indoor and outdoor recreational activities while making new friends. There is also time for children to relax playing board games, DVD’s, books and magazines.
Holidays are themed with children researching and developing knowledge and understanding in a fun filled environment.
Snacks provided include a healthy breakfast, fruit and a light tea with access to fresh drinking water. Children will need to bring a packed lunch with an ice pack included.
It is also important that children wear (bring along) suitable clothing and footwear so they have the opportunity to participate in all of our activities.

I have been looking for a holiday club in the Kingswinford area who look after children 3+
When I visited the holiday club, the staff were kind and helpful and answered all my questions.
It appears to be a safe and friendly environment with everything a child needs to be entertained during school holidays. The activities they had planned will be something for all ages and for all tastes. I also liked the feeling of the relaxed environment but also the caring nature which I witnessed while I was there. I have submitted my application forms and hopefully have found a holiday club both my children will enjoy.
