About Me
I have my level 3 forest school. level 3 beach school and my level 3 in home based child care. I am passionate about enabling young children to love to learn so that learning is fun and never a chore. A love that stands them in good stead for the rest of their lives. We work in our orchard set within a farm were we have a field shelter, a caravan and a compost loo. We have a large polytunnel for growing our own food. We have 3 dogs 2 cats and runner ducks. I love the beach and have a beach hut at Black Rock Beach. We have National Trust and Eden membership which we use for days out. We use nature as our classroom and our teacher and time is biggest resource. We work as a team of up to 3 adults and 9 under 5s.
My Experience
I au paired in Austria following various nanny positions in the UK. At 20 I went to university and did the 1st year of my B.Ed. in Art. I unfortunately had to leave and then had various jobs whilst raising a family. My love for working with children never left so I qualified as a hockey coach working a lot with players 5-16 from club to county level, and ran hockey clubs in primary schools.
I started childminding in August 2015 children from the age of 3mths to 12 yrs.

I have just finished today the 6 week course called chatter box to encourage speech.
I am on a year course to up the standard of maths in preschool education.
