I cannot recommend Footsteps highly enough. Natasha and Amy are worm, loving, fun and experienced childminders. My daughter started attending Footsteps since we've moved in the area and she felt comfortable from the first day, which made my life easier without having to worry at work about her. They are very reliable persons and can trust them completely.

Fabulous Footsteps!

We were really dreading starting the search for childcare for our daughter and son before our move to Potters Bar but felt truly lucky when we went to visit Natasha and Amy at Footsteps Childcare. The setting is lovely, safe, organised and well resourced and both practitioners were friendly, open and welcoming.
We did visit other settings and although they too were lovely we knew Natasha and Amy were the right people to care for our children.
Both children have settled in well and our 3 year old daughter is particularly delighted to attend.
We're very happy to recommend this childminder.

Excellent childcare

I recently met Natasha and Amy at their lovely childcare setting where they have an excellent array of indoor and outdoor activities and facilities matched by their kind and caring personalities. They are very accommodating making every effort to match a parent's needs. They clearly provide high quality childcare in a stimulating environment.

One of a kind or should I say two

Meeting tasha and Amy for the first time I instantly felt comfortable..not only the way they interacted with my daughter but the way she took to them. Discussing arrangements for child care with the two they instantly offered options to help me in any way they could to suit round my job. I haven't came across any childcare provider that could offer the type of care that adjusts to working parents to the standards they have.

Outstanding Childminder

My daughter has been attending Footsteps Children since she started reception school In September 2015. Footsteps also look after my daughter every half term which she looks forward to EVERYDAY, both Natasha and Amy are an outstanding childminder and go above all that I expect from them, the meals are well planned and nutrition and my daughter is always coming home telling me how much she enjoys the food and what she had that day.

When my daughter is with Natasha and Amy I do not have to worry at all as I know my daughter is in safe hands, my daughters even tells me they are like her 2nd mum!!!! (Ah bless)

If you are looking for an outstanding children I would strongly recommend Footsteps Childminders to any parent.

Warm loving and fun environment

I'm so excited that my 4month old Little boy will be joining the girls at Footsteps this September. I instantly felt at home when first meeting Natasha and Amy. They have created a warm,loving and fun, as well as professional environment at Footsteps and I know my baby will thrive in their company and not leave me worried when I return to work. I would highly reccomend them!

Baby steps

Our son started attending Footsteps for a morning a week back in Nov2015 when he was just 5 months old. The warm and caring environment that Tasha and Amy have created, coupled with their focus on development, was exactly what we were hoping for. In addition, knowing that both Tasha and Amy are on hand provides us with the peace of mind that our son will receive the care and attention that he needs at this young age... Plus he seems to really enjoy his time with them which is a real weight lifted as I look ahead to when I will return to work full time.
In short, based on our experience so far, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Footsteps to anyone looking for a childminder in Potters Bar.

Caring and supportive childminders

We liked Tasha and Amy from the first time we meet them at the setting. They both were very helpful answering many questions we had as first time parents. They were very flexible with our needs and how we wanted our son to be cared.
The setting is not big, but has an extremely loving environment. The children we meet there were so pleased, happy and well behaved, that put our mind at ease.
We were also very impressed with the constant active communication they maintain with us and the fun activities they do with the children too!
We have been taking our now 9m old son there for several weeks and he arrives to the setting with a smile and clapping his hands.
We would recommend Footsteps if you want a homy, caring and fun environment for your child.

Lovely Childminders and Great Environment

We met Natasha and Amy during our search for a childminder, having recently moved to Potters Bar.

Being new to the area and trying to find the right childminder wasn't the easiest of tasks so we are very happy and relieved to have found Footsteps. The environment is ideal, welcoming and our kids fell in love with it straight away. They wouldn't stop talking about all the activities they got involved in, including go out to the park. They settled in great from the word go!

Natasha and Amy are lovely ladies and extremely helpful and supportive. They've helped with any questions we've had, they maintain a good communication flow and are quick to respond to our messages. They are very professional and a definite God-send for us.

I would recommend Footsteps to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful childminder in the Potters Bar area.

Excited !

I met Tasha and Amy over the weekend to view their property for my son. I was so happy with what I saw. Tasha had her children there (it was a school holiday) and her youngest was playing with my son happily, it was nice to see how well behaved her children were, gave me a good idea of the type of care I would see for my son.
The property itself is beautifully clean, I'm someone who cleanliness means a lot to and it was lovely (!) I don't say things like that lightly. They had a lovely selection of toys (again all clean), lovely selection of books (many of them touch sensitive kinds)
There was a lovely big garden for Thomas to run around and have fun.
They were able to answer any questions I had, I had asked Amy if she would be able to incorporate small amounts of baby sign language when she speaks to Thomas and she was more than happy to do it for me !

so far so good ! Thomas starts in just over a month !
