About Me
My name is Sam Baker. I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder.Graded outstanding in all areas. I am acredited by Herts Quality care to offer each child 15 hours per week ,free childcare from the first term after their 3rd birthday until they are 4, term time only. I have extensive childcare experience, including having 2 children of my own.
I offer a professional childcare service in a relaxed, homely environment.
Before I had children, I worked as a singer/song writer and makeup artist. I studied theatre and creative arts at the Guild Hall.
I have many skills as a musician and performer that I incorporate into the child minding setting.
I am based just outside Hertford in the hamlet of Epping green, next to Little Berkhamsted.
My Experience
I Have 2 children of my own. age 9 and 12.
My Qualifications
level 2 diploma in homebased childcare.
paediatric first aid for the appointed person
Level 3 in childrens and young peoples workforce.
Herts Quality standard Accreditation.
My Availability
7.30 am to 6.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

My Fees
Fees
Available on request, Rates vary slightly depending on the number of hours you require. (a deposit may be required to secure a place)
As well as Year round contracts, I also offer Term Time Only contracts.
I offer School Holiday Only contracts for those who need to make alternative arrangements outside term time.Before and after school club.
I also offer ‘As and When’ childcare for busy parents who need occasional childcare to attend appointments or simply have a bit of ‘me time’. Rates vary according to the number of hours required.(This includes supper club)
I offer sibling discounts.
I am happy to accept childcare vouchers.

Meal Fees
Breakfast- £1.00 per child, per day.
Lunch and Snacks. Included.
Supper- £1.50 per child, per day.
If for some reason you are delayed and your child is still here at supper time, supper will be provided for your child and you will be charged accordingly, unless you specify otherwise.
All Fees are payable in advance.
* Calculations are based on full time place at 9.5 hours per day, term time only
