I have been childminding in Soham for the past 9 years, with previous childcare experience in West Yorkshire.
I live with my 2 children. We live within walking distance of St Andrews School, allowing me to offer before and after school care.
We have a large outdoor space with both concrete and grassed areas, shaded by trees and a shaded decked area for outside dinning. At Little Dots we have space dedicated for childminding, with room to play; easily accessible toys for all ages; continual tuff tray provision allowing children to try new things, textures and use their imagination. We have room for the little ones to explore and sleep in comfort and a large dining table so we can all eat together. We regularly venture out into the local community, lending books from the library, playing in the park and wooded area, visiting ducks and other wildlife and visiting the supermarket. All the things you would do at home, this is to ensure i create a warm, welcoming, inclusive home from home experience.
Children are encouraged to grow and develop at their own pace, using child led activities and their own interests, furthering these to help them achieve new things.
My Experience
I have over 14 years experience in child-minding, I have worked in an after school club looking after older children and have experience with children from birth. I have also looked after children with additional needs.
My Qualifications
I have completed all qualifications for my ofsted registration including the childcare element, I have up to date first aid and safeguarding training and am always doing further training.
My Availability
Please contact me for available spaces, I can offer full and part time care, including term time only or holiday only cover. Availability changes regularly so please ask to see if I can help

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
I offer hourly fees, with a minimum number of hours per day. I am able to offer term time only contracts or holiday only contracts for school aged children. Meals can be provided.
