I am 27 years old, I am caring and a very responsible person. I love spending time with children and watching them grow and develop. I know how to create a fun and active environment, without relying on Cbeebies, as I can use my imagination and any resources to hand!
I have completed both my level 2 and my level 3 NVQ in Childcare. I worked at Menheniot Playgroup for 6 years and I currently work at Tideford Montessori Nursery.
I have learnt a lot and I am still learning, I really enjoy my job so much! I work will all ages from 8 months old to 4 years old. I work 4 days a week. When I am there I lead the children in Makaton signing during song/circle time. I am Makaton trained.
I have a full driving license so I am able to take children on outings. I would be happy to stay over if some parents need me to. I am free any weekend and evenings. I have a reference below from a babysitting job. I also have a reference from a local school where I did some work experience, which I could email to interested parties

I worked as a Personal Assistant alongside my main job for 2 years. I worked assisting a child who has complex behaviour needs. I learnt how to help him remain in control with specific calming techniques.
Child Minder duties for a child with special physical needs
I have babysitting experience both during the day and evenings. I also have two younger sisters that I used to look after. I have experienced being a childminder for a girl who had special needs.

Mercy has looked after our two girls on numerous occasions. She's a lovely girl with a sweet gentle nature and my children love having her to look after them. Indeed Mercy is the only babysitter we would contemplate having other than the children's grandparents. I have no hesitation in recommending her for childcare duties
