About Me
I am a registered childminder who loves children and has glowing references. I have 4 children of my own: 3 having completed or currently at university after attending Dulwich College and Wimbledon High School and 1 having left Rutherford House Primary School for Dulwich College. I live in a lovely, warm and welcoming house in Tooting Bec with a 70ft garden complete with decking area and built-in sandpit, 14ft trampoline.
I have worked and used a childminder in the past, so I have been where you are! I understand your questions and dilemmas and how important it is to find and have a good relationship with the right person who will look after your little one. I care for children in a loving, nurturing, fun environment. It is a real home from home. Children need to feel happy and secure in order to learn and develop. We have lots of fun, with well thought out activities to suit and spark interest and curiosity in every child. We go on lots of outings, come rain or shine, to playgroups, farms, the Wetland Centre, parks and lots more!
My Experience
I have been involved with the care of my own or other people's children for 32 years and cannot imagine doing anything else! I have run a playgroup, worked as a nanny as well as a childminder and raised and guided my own children to thrive and reach their full potential.
