We are working parents with two children of 6 and 4 years old, both at school.

Childcarer or Part-time Nanny for Catford, South London

We need three after school sessions a week. These days are to be agreed as required.


Duties include:

- Providing loving and sensitive attention to the children

- Using appropriate communication to support the personal well-being and development of both children, and managing the children’s behaviour with consistent and sensitive responses, as well as positive strategies

- Caring for the children 3 afternoons - taking and collecting the children from school.

- Cooking for both children, supervising them to do their homework and getting them ready for bed

- Must be confident with small dogs


The successful applicant will be required to undergo a new DBS check, as well as have an up to date Pediatric First Aid Certificate. It is expected that the childcarer has a minimum of two good references from previous employers. We would prefer for the childcarer to hold an early years childcare qualification and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of looking after children. Non-smokers only.
