My Experience

Nanny/housekeeper for twin boys (10) in Penn
Monday- Thursday contracted hours
2 days 7am-7pm & 2 other days are split shifts 7-8.30am & 3.30-6.30pm.(33hours)
But also help out with Friday school drop.
Dropping and picking the boys up from Private school,Whilst they are at school I
Keep the house clean and tidy, doing fresh cooked meals daily for the whole family, laundry for all the family and any deliveries,shopping they need doing.
Evenings after school pick up include homework and running to and from activities.
During the school holidays being with the boys all day and on my normal split shift days I’m happy to work longer hours.
I’m very flexible and very organised.



Nanny for 2 children
8am-5pm (mon-thu) (fri) 8am till 1pm
but the last 7months I have worked 7.45am-6.45pm.
My role began initially as sole charge of the 8 month old daughter which continued until she was 2 and went to nursery, and then I took sole charge of the 5 month old daughter until she was 1 and went to nursery,
During this time however, in working in sole charge capacity of both girls on some basis I regularly acting as a mother's helper as we looked after both girls together during the mothers maternity leave
I was able to work alongside a stay at home mum and felt it worked very well and I was able to adapt to this role.
I done a lot of arts,crafts, messy play and sensory to help with child's development as im knowledgeable of all the key child's development stages, we also attended toddler groups/other classes which was always lovely to watch them grow in to how they are now, during my time with this family I made a nursery rhyme box which was very helpful for both Girls throughout My time with them.

Baby Room Leader in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
4days a week (Mon-thu 7.30am -6pm )
I was a key-holder and I organised the team in the baby room.
I have very good communication skills with the parents and I would always arrange new children s settlings and I would go through the day to day routine with the parents on the first settle, organise next settles at correct times and make sure the parents are informed of these times as well.


I worked for a family in Beaconsfield for 2years doing school pick ups and running girls(9yrs,12yrs,14yrs) to after school activities and preparing evening meals for them but in the last year I also did housekeeping for them. I also did full days of childcare for these girls in school holidays.

I have worked for a family in Beaconsfield Tues,Wed,Thurs 7-5pm doing school drop offs for the 4yr girl &6yr boy and looking after the 1yr old boy in the day time before collecting the two older children from school and taking home to bath and give dinner before parents got home from work. This job sadly eneded due to a family illness and a death in the family.

Worked Holmer green with a family 8-6pm mon- thurs looking after 2 children little girl 5 at school and little boy 18 months old we attended a lot of toddler groups do arts and crafts at home and general play outdoors and indoors.
But due to parents job changing my role with this family ended in may 2016(redundant).

May 2016 I worked in a nursery doing 37.5 hours a week.
I worked in the Babyroom but have been in toddler room and helped out in preschool .
I love all ages and enjoy my job very much
I got all my qualifications in Chilcare during this time made redundant in August 2020(Covid)


In September 2020- July 2021
I worked in another nursery in the baby room and after being there 5months was promoted to Room leader and running the baby room.
I have left this position as I feel Nannying is more for me as I like the bond you can get with families and it’s rewarding watching the children develop.
